Instead of purchasing an expensive foam mattress or a mattress with a built-in topper, I decided to buy a normal mattress and add the Serta 3" mattress topper. First of all, what a savings and secondly, how comfortable! The best thing is I can flip my mattress and not worry about the mattress topper, because I can simply put it back on the mattress. I've had my mattress topper for a year or so now and I can tell you that it hasn't lost any of it's "squishy-ness". It hasn't flattened out anywhere...it's just like new. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for comfort without the expensive price tag. The nice thing is - if I happen to drive to stay at a family member's house, I can fold it up and take it with me, to put on top of the bed they provide me. Of course, it's a little bulky to put in the trunk, but it's obviously smaller than driving with a mattress on top of the car ;-)

I bought this Serta 3" memory form topper because my physical therapist recommended it for my back. The problem is that my back wasn't bothering me, my hands were. I would wake up with my hands numb. After buying the topper and sleeping on it for a couple of nights, my hands no longer bother me.

Serta Memory Foam 3" Mattress Topper

I have slept on a few mattresses. This matress is not good if you are looking for a comfortable sleeping experience. If you already have back problems, this is not the mattress for you. This mattress gives too much. It is like sleeping on wet feathers. I slept on this in the hopes that it would help, if not solve, my back problems. I have had back pain when I woke up for a while. I needed a solution. However, when I got up from this one, my back pain was so much worse. I could never have imagined that something that so many people are raving about is so aweful. Maybe it is just me, but I sincerely regret ever getting suckered into sleeping on this mattress. Now I am stuck with it. There are not take backs at this point. I have to live with this for at least the next few years. I almost just want to give it away so that maybe someone else who may like the thing can take if off my hands.

The Serta Memery Foam Mattress Topper is one of the best mattress i have ever had,not only was it cheaper than a new mattress it has been wonderful on my backpain,and my side pain and my neck pain.A short while after i started useing it i notised a big differnce. I was waking up with less stiffeness in my joints and muscles.And it was alot less painfull to get out of bed.With my old mattress i could hardley walk when i got out of bed,the pain was so bad ,it went down my leg and my back would pop and crack,it would acually take a couple hours to be able to move around normally.I have chronic back pain,and i have spinalbifida and scoleosis,so everyday can be a struggle for me,it is so wonderfull just haveing one less problem to worry about.i truley mean this statement,and i was very amazed with the results,i even told my doctor about it and told him to recommend it to people with chronic back pain and arthritist.

No mattress can compare to my own at home. I've slept on quite a few matress in my life because I travel often. Its manufactured by symbol mattress of PA. This mattress is only an innerspring unit and does not need a spring box. The mattress itself isn't too soft so I don't feel like I'm sinking into it. It's not too firm either and I don't feel like I'm sleeping on the floor It has the right firmness and softness for me. It keeps my body straight when I'm asleep on it. It's nicely padded with urethane foam. I really do feel like I'm sleeping on clouds when I'm lying on it. The urethane foam makes it so comfortable to rest on. I can sleep in any position on this bed because it's so comfortable. The mattress is also quite bouncy. For some reason, I like to toss myself onto my bed. I bounce right back instead of just thudding onto it and hurting myself. It's only a single and that's good for me because I'm only 5'4"....

My back has been sore in the mornings and I noticed that when I woke in the morning it took me about an hour before the stiffness went away. I really noticed the soreness in my hip areas. I stayed at a friends house, she has a memory foam, and I had the best night sleep. As soon as I got home, I did my internet search and found out that Serta had a great rating and was cost effective. All the reviews said, don't need anything over the 3" foam, so off to the store I went. It has been wonderful ever since, my 3 year old grandson calls it the marshmellow bed. Now if I could only figure out how to take it with me when we travel.

We had a queen size mattress that was supposed to be "firm". To this company "firm" meant "hard". My husband and I both woke up every day with aches and pains from trying to sleep on this thing. I tried the egg crate matress pads...no help.

We need our sleep to run our business so I decided that, even though it's expensive, I'd try anything so I bought the Serta memory foam 3" mattress pad.

It turned our rock mattress into a cloud. It molds itself to any position and remolds when you change positions.

Ahhhhh....sweet sleep.

serta memory foam three helped me sleep through the night. i loved this mattress! it was super fantabulous i was super great!! i really enjoyed the softness and ithe comfort!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it helped my back problems that ive had since i was a little girl. nothing has ever helped my back problems until i got the serta memory foam three matress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was also somewhat inexpensive and definatly worth a billion dollars!!!!!!!!!! it was very heavy to put on my box springs but that was ok! it also had a new plasticy smell but it wore off after a while of sleeping on this amazing mattress!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love it i would rcommend it to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

couldn't afford a new mattress but desperately needed one. My hubby has back problems & I have Fibromyalgia so we were not getting good sleep. I bought the 3" Serta Memory Foam Mattress Topper with 2 pillows on Overstock.com for a great price and it was well worth the money! It is soft but supportive, esp the pillows. It forms to your body and I don't feel my hubby moving in the night. I also don't roll towards the center of the bed anymore! We are finally getting a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this product.

I had been sleeping on a very uncomfortable futon, and couldn't afford to buy a new mattress, so I opted for this 3-inch Serta memory foam mattress topper, and it completely transformed my uncomfy, lumpy futon into a cozy, comfortable place to sleep! I love it! I had been waking up with aches all over before buying the topper, and had been waking up still feeling tired and not sleeping well. Now, with the topper, I sleep so much better and feel much more rested!

I was having terrible backaches, so I purchased a Serta foam mattress topper and I love it! They seem expensive but compared to buying a whole new mattress set it was a great option. Plus I bought it on sale which made it even a bigger bargain!

I ordered the Serta foam mattress topper after I heard from a couple of friends that they really liked theirs. Upon opening it, I did notice that the smell was a little pungent. My husband did not like the smell at all, and both of us were a little concerned that it wasn't going to fade. We kept it laid out for a couple days to air out. The smell faded dramatically after the first day, and although I could still catch a hint of it after we put it on our bed it NEVER was a problem. The first night we slept on the mattress topper, we were in heaven!! I'm not kidding, it felt like sleeping on a cloud! It was the perfect amount of firmness but with a delightful sinking soft feeling as well. I thought maybe I'd get over the joy of sleeping on it after a while.....but I still can't wait to get into bed! It's the most amazing invention and for a great price! It has changed my sleep experience. But beware, it makes getting out of bed in the morning even harder!!
