I was in Sephora recently and heard some sales staff talking and I could not believe what they go through there, so I did some checking and it is true. For a company owned by Louis Vuitton, they treat Sephora staff like slaves. They frisk every employee when they leave work and go through their pocketbooks! They give them no breaks and they make them stand on their feet all day long. God forbid they let them sit down if they are not busy. They also consider using their discount to buy a gift for someone else THEFT and will fire them for it. If they talk at work while they are working, like stocking shelves, they get reprimanded. They won't get my money anymore.

I first shopped at Sephora when visiting my daughter in Georgia. Now I have to go every time I visit. I wish there was one near me. I can spend forever in there. I like to try many different things so I have an idea what to buy when I shop online. Its like being a kid in a candy store. I want everything.

Sephora is absolutely the BEST place to shop when it comes to makeup and beauty! I always love going there and could spend hours in there shopping and trying on makeup and looking at all the things i missed the time before! They employees are usually really helpful and will stay with you one on one especially if you have a lot of questions or need a lot of hlep, if you're new with the whole makeup world! They are pricey, but what makeup isn't? It's worth it for most things in there anyway! They're rewards program is great to have to! Get it and get your makeup and beauty items from sephora! :)

Sephora.com is the best beauty products website for many reasons. When I want to shop for anything from cosmetics to skin care, this website has an extensive selection of the brands or product lines that I'm looking for. The pages are easy to navigate through, which is one of my favorite traits about visiting here. When I'm trying to decide on something I want to purchase, looking for something specific, I don't get tied up, or lost so it's easy to navigate. I like the customer service as well. If you have a question about your order, or want to know something about an item, you will get a response quickly. I appreciate this alot as a buyer, as sometimes when I shop online, it takes many days to hear back from the site, and/or the information they send is bad. Another wonderful trait is that you get a great product description. I feel that I get enough information on something that I'm looking at, so that I know for sure what I'm getting. I lover this site!!! I normally purchase Perfume and Bath products. The best part is you normally get four to five free samples of perfume with every order. On my birthday I received three small tubes of lip gloss "SEPHORA" brand and I absolutley love all three of them. You always get to choose something for free during your birthday month!!! Love the perume samples because you get to try before you buy!!!

Sephora is a great site! I am a member of the rewards program and with that you get lots of free samples with your purchases. I , also, gets lots of different offers like free shipping and great products at great prices!

I love their return policy too. If you order something that you do not like you can take it back to the store for a refund (less Shipping).

While Sephora carries many top-of-the-line beauty products and some really expensive designer products, there are also many reasonably priced, high quality products available! I love the fact that they offer you "gift packaging" for all order for free.... even though I am buying for myself, I always get my order in a gift box (which is a nice, reusable box!). I also love their Beauty Insider program and the three free samples you get with your order!

Sephora has good sales, so you should watch the website if you want something but aren't sure about paying the full price!

They have a "perfume quiz" which can help you find new scents by asking you about what scents you have tried and what sort of things you like.... I've found it to be a fairly accurate and useful tool, since I don't like most popular perfumes!

I recently bought some products from Bare Minerals. Sephora has a huge range of different brands... From mineral make-up to Dior perfumes to shampoos, they have all that you could possibly......

Sephora.com has a huge selection of low, mid, and high end beauty products for quality prices. It is accessible for browsing at any time of the day (and trust me, you'll be doing a LOT of browsing), and purchases can easily be made online. You can also view consumer reviews and ratings for each product, though I'm not sure how accurate or unbiased these are. Delivery is always quick and online purchases include free samples! There are often online deals and sales available on the website. Even if you prefer to buy in stores, it's always valuable to look through sephora.com first to see the wide array of products available. It is a lot harder to navitgate instore than it is online. Products are arranged into categories or by brand online allowing users to browse easily. The only con, in my opinion, is the inaccuracy of color swatches on the website. But this comes with online shopping from any website and is not Sephora's fault....

Sephora, both in store and online, has the perk of having a really wide selection of all sorts of top-shelf brands. Also, every once in a while you earn free samples with your purchase that are great ways to test out the latest fun products. Unfortunately, in this economic climate, Sephora’s style of selling only high-end, expensive products with practically no sales isn’t very appealing to the consumer searching for high value products. They do offer their own brand of products, however, those are still relatively expensive. I personally will be using their competitor, Ulta, for most of my beauty purchases until financial matters balance out better, because they often have sales that are worth taking advantage of. However, if you have the money, Sephora’s quality cannot be beat....

I frequently order from sephora and have always been impressed with the wide selection of products, the fast shipping time and the free samples. A few weeks ago, I placed a gift order for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately, I entered an old address for her mailing address. When I realized my error, I contacted sephora's customer service number. The representative was very helpful, located the order, and said that she would contact UPS to provide them with the correct address.

When I spoke to my friend and heard that the gift had yet to arrive, I again contacted sephora's customer service. The rep researched the order and discovered that while UPS had told them that the address change was successful, they had still shipped to the old address. She immediately placed a replacement order free of charge to the correct address.

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from both reps. They were immediately able to suggest a solution that solved my issue......
