This headset is great! I bought this for my super-picky boyfriend who always has to have the best when it comes to electronics, and he LOVES it! The calls are always really clear. It is also compatible with VOIP's (e.g. Skype) and you can use it on more than one phone. Plus the earpiece is really comfortable when you use it on either ear....

Clear sound, but most importantly it fits in your ear. Previous bluetooth I had sat on outside of ear and the earloop was too big even when adjusted so the dumb thing would just flop around and fall off if i moved too much or bent over. This one stays put!...

I have used this headset for over a year now and I still love it. I drive a lot for my job so I use it quite a bit. The best part is that you can connect via Bluetooth to two phones at the same time, so I can carry my home and work phones and answer either one with just the push of a single button. It comes with good instructions so it was easy to set up to connect to the phones.

Some people complain about the power button being hard to push, but I like it that way so I don't accidently hit the button and shut the unit off.
