We paid a little over $1200 for this Sealy Posturepedic a little over 2 years ago and what a waste it was!

It was sagging in less than 6 months and just kept getting worse.

What a scam they have going for them, building a mattress you can't flip!

They lost our bussiness for ever!

We just ordered a Sleep number and I hope it meets all the Hype it gets or they will get it back.

Were retired, worked hard to get what we have and don't appreciate paying for what you think is quality and getting junk!
...

I have owned a firm Sealy Posturepedic Mattress for four months now. My husband loves a firm mattress but I always liked more of a medium mattress. But this one is great because it has memory foam on top which cradles you after you have been laying down a while. But you can still lay on your back without feeling like your spine is concave. I'm 8 months pregnant right now so I have to sleep on my side, I'm a stomach sleeper normally, and this mattress doesn't hurt my shoulders at all. While my husband is a crazy sleeper and flips and turns all night and he says he's always comfortable. One thing that I don't like is that after about two weeks there was an indent from sleeping in the same spot night after night. So my husband and I switch sides every so often and it seems to go back to normal within a day or so since we sleep differently. But in all we love this mattress and are hoping it doesn't lose it's firmness for years to come.
...

This Sealy Mattress is the worst Mattress in the world. Buyers Beware! I have only had it for 4 months and its warped and the springs are broken. I can't sleep anymore. Also you cant email the company as they don't provide that option on thier web site. I am trying to return it or do a warranty claim but they are not making that easy as well. Please save your self the grief and do not buy a sealy.
...

Sealy Posturpedic Pillow Top Mattress from JC Penney. This mattress is too soft, and provides no support for my back. I wake up with a stingging pain in my hip. I compare the feel of the mattress to sleeping on soft sponges. I have a strong feeling that I overpaid ($1200) during the store's "one half off sale" and I don't think the mattress wil last more than a year or two.
...

I would highly reccommeded this product either you get in any size , I trust the company who make this plus it has good quality that anybody wanted too, I have this mattress for a year now . And if this one need to be replace someday , I would definitely get the same brand of course. I have good relief on my back, neck and shoulder pain.

The Sealy Posturpedic mattress has been serving us well in a vacation rental cottage here in Los Angeles for the last seven years. Numerous guests have commented on its firmness, comfort and support. We did enhance it with a foam pad and a sheepskin mattress cover, but the mattress itself has been used solo and holds its own.
...

Purchased Seally Posterpedic mattress 2/28/07 at Boscov's. Neither Seally or Boscov's stand by their product.Sinking mattress , fraying box spring, All three pieces were new mattress boxspring & fram. They came out to inspect after being pushed from manufacture to Boscove's and said the sinking was not 2 inches that was a year ago. Why is the box spring fraying ? Just about nothing in the warrenty is covered! They say every thing is normal wear! I thought a mattress was suppose to last about 10 years! I am still paying for this thing.Over priced at 1455.00. along with an acking back and neck.!! Unsatisfied with both product, Seally& Boscov's!!!!...

I bought my Sealy Posturepedic Mattress seven years ago and am still very pleased with it. It's an exra firm one and has barely lost any of that firmness over the years. I have hauled it cross country in five moves, up and down stairs and around corners and am always amazed at how well it's held up to the abuse without losing it's shape and supportive structure. It's an extra deep mattress which makes it nice and tall on a bed frame. I'm a back sleeper, It's surface pushes back enough to keep my back straight and soft enough to keep me comfortable. I'm good about rotating and flipping it regularly (at least twice a year) and I'm sure that has helped as well, but both the mattress and the box spring were built to last!
...

What a shame that the consumers are taken to the cleaners by the poor quality of mattresses being sold to a sleep deprived public The Sealy Posturepedic Mattress . One thing that really irks me is the fact that the Sealy Brand used to mean a top quality brand, but that is the furtherest thing from the truth today. I had purchased the queen set hoping to ease my back pain with the firmness, but the back pain only became worse after a few months. I stayed away from the pillowtop as I knew it could cause added problems later on. I am and have always been one to sleep better on my stomach so I knew I needed a firm foundation. After a little over a year the only place on the mattress that gave me any support was right in the middle. Sure the technician came out laid a 4 ft level across the mattress and then measured from the level to the top of the mattress stating it only indents 1/2". The guarantee says it has to be 1 & 1/2" for them to do anything about it. How can that make any sense since...
...

I have had my Sealy Posturepedic for quite some years now and have never had any problems with the bed. It is comfortable and durable. I have been through one ex-husband, three boyfriends, and four moves in the past eight years with this bed. If it can withstand that kind of use, then I would definitely recommend it to others. When my children are sick, they come in my room and sometimes sleep with me. They always want to fall alseep in the bed because it is so comfortable. It is sometimes hard to get them out of the bed. I have come home from work and school and have found that kids have been laying on my bed, rather than their own, to watch television because it is more comfortable to lay in my room than it is to lay in their bed or the living room sofas. It is always nice to know that by comfortable bed will be waiting for me when I come home from anywhere. The first thing I think about after a hard day is being able to come home and lay in my bed.
...

Our Sealy Posturpedic Plush pillowtop mattress is 5 years old and we already are in search of a new one. While quiet comfortable at first, now there are areas where I guess the spring have gone out or something. While not visible to the eye, you can feel when you lay down the dips which makes a nights sleep uncomfortable. I have to make sure I am all in the dip or all off the dip bc the transition between areas is so obvious. I ussually reposition multiple times a night now. This next time around we are going to go with another brand.
...

I was in the market for a new mattress for my new house. I saw some online reviews about Sealy. Most of them were positive. I was convinced this is the brand to go with. I am not sure if my expectations were too high, or just the comfort isn't good, but I am not completely satisfied with my mattress. Don't get me wrong, it's not awful, I am still getting my sleep, but I thought I was going to feel like a king. I suppose if you are looking for a good priced mattress, this one will be good for you.
...
