When we bought our Sealy Pillowtop Mattress I thought it would be comfy. But it is too soft and my husband and I both have backaches from sleeping on this mattress. He no longer sleeps on it at all, I do but wake up with back pains every day for the past two years . I would never buy another Sealy PillowTop Mattress or any other PillowTop.

We bought a King Size Sealy Destiny Bay Pillow Top at the Bedding Experts in Highland Park, Illinois in March 2008. The bed was fine for about 2 months but gradually became lumpy and developed impressions where we slept. After about 6 months, my wife began sleeping in a different room because the bed became so uncomfortable for her. We called bedding experts and they told us that there had to be at least a 1 1/2" depression in the bed before they would come out and examine it. I continued to sleep in the bed without my wife, turning the mattress every few weeks. About 3 months ago, after the bed had developed 2 canoe-like impressions (I'm 6'-5" and weigh 285#) we called Bedding Experts to come out and check the mattress which cost us $99.00. Although we had purchased a mattress cover, there were 3 quarter to dollar coin sized wine and coffee stains on the mattress. Bedding Experts told us we had voided the warrantee and would not honor it unless the mattress was steam cleaned. We had the...

After much looking it was decided we would buy the Sealy Pillow Top Mattress, since I had problems with hip pain. It is not as comfortable as I expected. I wish I had not let my husband talk me into this one.

It is just not a comfortable mattress.

The Sealy Pillowtop Queen mattress has met and exceeded my expectations! I am a busy and frugal mom that doesn't have a lot of time or money to spend when shopping for things - especially mattresses. I waited for many months, enduring back and neck aches due to poor mattress quality, before purchasing our new mattress because I wanted to find a good deal without sacrificing quality. I feel like I have a totally new bed and that I am a "Queen" because I now have a fluffy soft mattress that is so comfortable! I was able to find this on sale at a local store and purchased it on lay-away (my first experience with this) so it made this even more enjoyable!

I highly recommend Sealy's mattresses. We purchased our mattress then purchased one for my daughter a few weeks later because I wanted her to have a better quality mattress after discovering the difference Sealy makes. The Hampton Inn & Suites in Mooresville, NC purchases Sealy's top of the line mattress sets for their guests...

The Sealy Pillowtop Mattress is extremely comfortable. It puts me to sleep every night in seconds and keeps me asleep all night. I have never woken up with a back ache or any other problems. It is very very supportive and it is great for the lower back. I love how it is firm but since it is a pillowtop it is soft and comfortable at the same time. It litterally made me sleep like a big baby. I love it. It made me feel incredible the next day and it has never let me down. My whole family loves it. The only bad thing would be that my dog also loves it. e has made it a habit to sleep with us and I am trying to get him to stop. I guess it is just THAT comforrtable. This mattress is one that you will not regret buying. I have had it for about two years and it still feels like new. It is a great matresss and i would not trade it for the world. I love it and I definately approve of it. Try it and you will know what I am talking about.

We purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Euro Pillow Top Mattress Set in 2004. The mattress bowed out on the side after 3 years, and was replaced by Sealy in 2007. After 15 months, the fabric on the sides of the mattress are fraying, where the binding was not properly sewn on at the factory. Our retailer contacted Sealy, and sent pictures of the frayed fabric. The Sealy representative said that they will not replace the mattress, as it's been over 6 months since delivery. Frayed fabric is NOT covered under their warranty. Although the mattress is fairly comfortable, I will never purchase another Sealy product. Too many defects, poor customer service.

When I finally decided to make the change to a pillow top, it had to be sealy. When it was first delivered and set up. I layed down for a test nap. It was like laying on a sheet full of clouds. For the next year I got some of the best sleep time I ever had. Every few month I would either spin or flip the matress. In year number two I started to notice that I would wake up in the night feeling like I was laying in a pit. Then I started to notice a hump in the middle of the bed where the box spring set meet. I tried spinning and flipping again but found impossible to get rid of the hump. I tried sleeping in different positions, but kept finding myself back into the pit, and the back aches started. I since replaced the bed and am sleeping fine again. I think the bed should have lasted more than two years. I now have the memory foam matress and sleeping wonderfully again. I'll let you know how it goes.

Sealy saved my life let me tell you how. First I have a bad back, and with all the constant advertisments that promise less pain more rest, your choices are endless, and it's also a gamble.

To spend that sort of money and hope you will get used to it just is not an option. i ran across a sealy web sight and did some homework. Sealy it self has over 1000 diffrent options for matresses so talk to an expert. Not only did I get a bed that will last forever, I can rest in it. The sales and customer service were top notch! When they brought it out, my sales man called and told me if I did not rest well give him a call they would come pick it up and I would owe nothing!!! this poor man really put up with alot from me, i was demanding and picky, never once did he make me feel this way. (my husband did tell me later ha!)

Moral of the story, I can sleep in bed and relax, when I wake up, I don't move slowly wondering if I will hurt. Sealy made my life better, and my familys also...nothing better...

I had been sleeping on a full mattress that was over 20 years old. Since purchasing the pillowtop, I have had no more back pains,ease in falliing asleep and a better night's sleep in the last 3 months. This was the best investment I've made in a long, long time. If anyone is having sleep problems or difficulty falling asleep, check the mattress.

I have had my Sealey pillowtop mattress since 1991 when I moved into a smaller bedroom and got to treat myself. It was hard making a decision trying out the different mattresses until this one. I knew it was for me. On many occasions my grandchildren have taken turns sleeping in my bed. They don't want to get out of it in the morning because it is so very comfortable. When my one granddaughter turned 13 and was asked what she wanted for her birthday, she said that she "wanted a mattress like Grandma has". Of course she got the present (along with others) that she asked for. My only difficulty at first was having the fitted sheet stay put until I learned they made special sheets for this type of mattress. That solved the problem for me. That also shows that the pillowtop is a popular type of mattress. When the mover first unloaded the bed and mattress and set it up, our cat even decided that it was a favorite spot of hers. I can say I so not remember ever sleeper...
