I have had gardens for years and have tried both the "organic" approach and using miracle-gro. The year I chose to go organic I spent more on seeds and plants then I actually got back in produce. I had tomato plants that did not yeild one usable tomatoes. My cabbages were small enough to be brussel sprouts. My peas took forever to bloom. I didn't get one usable cucumber. My spices did not do as well either.

When I used Miracle-gro my plants grew faster. The fruit was bigger. I ended up with more tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, peas, and herbs and spices and everything actually seemed to be less prone to dieases.

I just started to plant flowers this year and it worked well on rose bushes. I actually did a test where half of the plants received miricle-gro and half i did not. Some of the bushes were I used] the product bloomed three times. I had one where I used no product that did not bloom at all.

Miracle Gro's All Purpose Plant Food is just as it's name: all purpose. I've used this fertilizer for roses, perennials, annuals, hostas, bulbs, shrubs, and even the weeds get a dose of this awesome plant food on a lucky day. I am always amazed how well my plants perform after being supplemented with Miracle Gro's All Purpose Plant Food. Highly recommend for the lazy and/or practical gardener that wants great results - fast and cost consciously.

I love using Scotts Miracle-Gro All Purpose Plant Food. It's easy to use either in a watering can or through the Easy Feeder hose attachment and the effect is has on plants, herbs, fruit and vegetables is incredible. I use it each Spring on my Moonstar Jasmine hedge. It feeds the jasmine and encourages new healthy blooms. I feed the jasmine again throughout the Summer and it's still blooming now in September. I truly believe Miracle-Gro is the reason my plants thrive and I receive so many compliments on my beautiful garden. If I can grow beautiful plants and flowers in the Florida heat, I would definitely recommend Miracle-Gro to everyone. It's the easiest most affordable way to keep your garden beautiful.

I keep flowers outside and inside my home. To make things a little easier, i bought the miracle grow plant food that comes int he seperate packets. All you have to do is pour it in your watering can and water you plants. I'm not a genuis when it comes to plants....(but i'm not a complete dumb butt either) so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if i just wasted my money. None the less, i probably won't spend money on it again. I think my watering can is a quart. So I mix in half the packet at a time and dump the whole can on one hanging plant basket. Well....the results? Um. I think it actually stunted the growth of the plant...it certainly doesn't look any healthier. I always see the commercials and the miracle grow plants look huge and happy and healthy. Mine aren't like that and i'm dissapointed and a little sad. I stopped using the fertilizer/food and now it seems the flowers are doing fantastic.

I wouldn't garden without miracle grow. The difference in my flowers and vegetable plants are no where even close to being as healthy and lovely without it. If you haven't tried it...do so. I highly recommend it. Just make sure to follow directions and not over fertilize your plants. That can burn roots and defeat your purpose.

Scotts miracle grow plant food is a great product. It does make ordinary plants grow much better and stay healthier longer. The only draw back is the cost. It can be a little pricey, but worth it in the results it provides. We use it every summer and have great results. Scotts is a trusted brand name that my wife and my family used in the past and we always noted great results. It has never not delivered on making the plants more vibrant and healthly. It is a true teat of a product when it can deliver year after year and give the same outstanding results. It allows an amatuer gardner like ourselfs feel like a pro. We can do a simple application and get great results.

Scotts Miracle-Gro All Purpose Plant Food is the best all-around plant food ont he market. If you are uncertain about what to buy, this is the first product to try. For other, maybe more specialized needs, then you'll want to look elsewhere (like acid-loving plants). However, this product rarely doesn't match my needs.

I ACTUALLY GIVE THIS PRODUCT 0 STARS, NOT 1 AS INDICATED. 0 IS NOT ONE OF THE OPTIONS THEY GIVE YOU.

I applied this product to my garden according to the label instructions.

And found out that there is SOMETHING POISONOUS IN IT FOR DOGS even if you don't overuse it. My 2 dogs, who NEVER go into the flower beds, were immediately drawn to this and before I could stop them, had ingested it.

They were seriously ill for over 24 hours, vomited, lethargic and we feared we would lose them both.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE DOGS or if there are other neighborhood pets who come in your garden. I don't know what it does to cats.

If you contact Scott's about this product, they will send you a polite little note 'thanking you for your interest' in the product.

My only interest is to NEVER USE ANY SCOTTS PRODUCT AGAIN. They do not label to indicate what is in this product so even if you dogs get sick, you have to contact them to get this info. And if they're...

Scotts Miracle-gro All Purpose Plant food is probably one of the greatest products ever made. You can use Miracle-Gro All Purpose Plant food on absolutely EVERYTHING! Instead of buying 20 different products to feed all the different plants you grow, Miracle-Gro feeds them all. Miracle-Gro is actually pretty inexpensive when you buy the granules and mix it up yourself. I mix mine up in a garden sprayer and then just go around and spray everything in sight. I have found that you can even use the all purpose plant food on your grass instead of buying something specifically just for lawns. I appreciate pretty, big flowers, vegetable plants, and green grass but I cannot afford to buy seperate fertilizer for each thing individually. Scotts Miracle-Gro All Purpose Plant food makes have a garden and green lawn very affordable. I just spray everything once every three weeks starting in early spring and continue until late fall and usually have a big beautiful garden and flowers.

I use Miracle grow all purpose plant food along with a buch of other products from Miracle Grow. They have a good reputation and for good reason. I enjoy this product. It helps my plants grom faster and bloom brighter. I have beautiful flowers and plants thanks to the M.G. Plant Food. I garden without worry and when I look at my flowers they say thank you just by the way the look. They are bright, beautiful, full. They don't look like small blooms. It helf for them to come into bloom fully and beautifully. I would recommend this product to any of my gardening friends. And to anyone who is new to gardenning.. If you need a little help, turn to Miracle Grow...!
