I have a 2008 Saturn Vue which i love! After getting into a wreck in my lil red sports car i was on the hunt for a new car. I have a toddler which as everyone knows they require a lot of room and storage. Being a young mom i still wanted a "cool" car that was practical yet stylish. I think the Vue gave me the most bang for my buck! I got a good deal without compromising any of my wants or needs. I wanted a bigger car that didn't feel like a tank going down the road. I can easily fit 5 people in my car and everyone is comfortable. Not to mention all of the compliments i receive are wonderful. I choose the silver exterior with chrome trim and let me just tell you.... it sparkles! I was not orginaly going to get the remote start but it was already on the car so i figured why not. Living in Texas i think that was the best decision ever! My car has not let me down yet and we are going on our 9th month together!
...

butterflyfiend says "Great car, despite the negative GM situation" about Saturn Vue - 2008

Although I don't declare myself a Saturn enthusiast, my last 3 cars have all been Saturns. in March 2008 I purchased the 2008 Saturn Vue XE. In the year that I have owned it I have had to only visit my Saturn service dept for routine maintanence. I decided on the Vue because I needed something with a little more rear leg room (I have 2 kids, one who has very long legs). I also wanted something that would not hurt my pocket too much as far as fuel went. I initially considered the 2007 Vue and did not like the exterior of the 2008 (my issue was with the back), but after test driving both I noticed that the 2008 was a quieter ride (less wind noise that Saturn owners are well aware of) and seemed to ride smoother than the 2007.

The interiors are worlds apart...the 2008 has a more refined and more comfortable interior in my opinion than the older Vue's. The 2008 Vue also offered more standard features for the money than many of it's competitors that I also considered. OnStar, power windows/locks,...
...

I love my Saturn... It drives great and gets great gas milage. Saturn needs to update the sound quality in the Vues. The sound is horrible! the bass is to much and the voices to soft. We tried to manually fix it to no avail. Hopefully with the 2009 vue it will be better!...

My 08 Vue is what I needed. I had a '99 GMC Sonoma x-cab which is a good truck, but needed room for the grandkids. Had a '93 sl2 and liked Saturns my sister is on her 2nd and loves them. It,s a sports sedan compared to the truck, but I can't haul 800lbs of sand and paving stones. You can't have it all I guess....

I bought the 2008 saturn vue exactly one year ago... I thought, a suv was just a suv, but I am really in love with this one! The size is just perfect ( me, hubby and one kid) , the height it great (so i can see better) and is safer ( lots of big trucks on the road). I am definately pleased with my purchase and the service i received....

The 2008 Saturn Vue is wonderful. It is not too big and not too small. It is perfect to park. I love the radio, love the interior and love the comfort. I love the auto start. Cools it in the summer and I am sure it will keep me warm in the winter....

I got my Vue in July 2007-first one off the lot where I bought it. It's the best mid-size SUV I have owned (I have owned a Rav4 and Highlander as well). I love the XM radio so much I paid for a three year subscription and bought one for my husband's vehicle as well. I love the room-just enough for my family of three but not too much that we get lost. The ride is great and it has just enough get up and go for me. I also love the manual transmission feature-manual transmission without the hassle of a clutch! Everyone says what a cute car it is and I have to agree. The cargo area is great sized for weekend get a ways and weekly grocery shopping too!...

As the owner of a 2008 VUE this car is all new from the ground up and it shows.Vue is equipped with a long list of safety features. For examble there are six air bags protection all around you and your passengers.Saturn comes with 4-wheel antilock disic brakes, daytime running lights, onstar for free for one year and most of all electronic stability system that helps you keep your Vue heading in the direction you are sterring in wet conditions.Only one draw back i could see with the Vue is the back window is hard see out when backing the car up.Saturn really paid attention to quality and detail on this vehicle. If you are thinking about paying a suv this year. I would seek out the vue to see what saturn has to offer ....

My lease was up on my 2003 Jeep Liberty, which I loved and was my first venture out of a car. It suited me well, but I was ready to move to something a LITTLE bigger. I'm still a bit of a whimp when driving a big truck - so this seemed like the next logical step.

My mind was set on a Nissan Murano. That is, until I found that the options I was looking for - leather, power/heated seats, etc was going to cost me close to $40,000. Not what I was looking for. The Saturn XR came equipped with everything I was looking for for nearly $15,000 less.

The space in the Vue is also great! I have 2 "nieces" that are with me regularly. With that comes carseats and strollers - space is a necessity! The back seat leaves plenty of room and the trunk space is also very spacious. Room for groceries and what ever else ends up in the cart.

As the car is still on it's first tank of gas - I can't give an exact idea on the mileage - but is supposed to be about 23 to 25 mpg on the highway. Much...
...
