I thought I would really like this after I FINALLY found one, but my daughter wouldn't take with it. I don't know if it was the funny feeling of the net or what but she wouldn't put it into her mouth. I also had a hard time trying to figure out how to open the darn thing. I had a VERY hard time finding one when I started looking for it. Must be pretty popular but not in this household!
...

sarsar37 says "great for teethers under eight months" about Sassy& Baby Safe Teething Feeder

The Sassy & Baby Safe Teething Feeder is a very clever invention. We use to put ice in a washcloth with a hair scrunch around the end but then we found these and they are a lot more practical. The only downside to these is that they are messy. The mesh does not contain the melting ice like a washcloth does with soaking up, so it does leave a puddle on or around your baby. Also the handle ring can be dangerous for little mouths over eight months as it can get lodged in their mouths if they try to teeth on it, which is not safe (while this did not happen with my daughters, it happened to with my niece who got it lodged in her mouth causing the soft palet to be push up when she was nine months old). Other than that the product is a great source for numbing sore gums and entertainment. This product, I would say, is one that is for infants under eight months because of the risk of the handle getting lodged in mouths. I think that they should make ones with larger handles for older infants...
...

The Sassy, baby safe teething feeder was a godsend for my oldest son. He was always interested in "big people" food and would not leave us alone until he got it. One problem....the kid didn't have any teeth. So I stumbled upon the Sassy teether while looking for something else. I decided to try it out. Holy Cow were we happy! We could put any food in the teether and he could go to town. Frozen fruit was the best when he did finally start cutting teeth. This teether went EVERYWHERE we went. I was so glad to find a product that helped my little man eat the food he actually wanted and would eat. Thank you Sassy, baby safe teething feeder!...

artsycricket says "Great to switch to whole food!!" about Sassy& Baby Safe Teething Feeder

This is a great feeding system! You can fit farley large pieces of food inside. It can also keep food cool as they eat that also helps with a teething little one. I really like the clicking feature that lets you know that it is closed so that you have no problem with knowing if it is on or not. I have had a hard time finding the replacement feeder bags in my area after the one that comes with it wears out. I have had to order all mine online. But otherwise I havent had any problems with it. This product is great when it comes to safety. And as far as price goes it is alot cheaper than other brands with the feature of being able to change out the bags. Give it a try and you might just love it as much as I do!...

I loved this product. I was a little afraid of starting table food, as I'm sure many first time parents are. However, I wanted my daughter to be able to experience some of the different foods without pureeing them. This product was great. I was able to give her things that I would have worried previously about being a choking hazard. I was also able to freeze fruits and give them to her to assist in her teething troubles....

I love this product. I have used it even since my child was 8 months old. She would chew of frozen fruit for her teething, and it worked wonders. There is no worry of them choking on pieces of food. I even use it up to this day with my 2 year old who likes to suck on ice in it. I would recommend this product to all Moms....

I think the sassy baby sage teething feeder is a wonderful thing to have. You can introduce your little one to all kinds of new foods, for instance, fruits of all sorts and not have that worry of them getting choked up on the food. I wish I would have known about this when my child was small. I would recommend this to anyone with a small child....
