I have been using Sarah Jessica Parker's Lovely for well over a year now and absolutely love it! When i first tested it at a fragrance counter i actually disliked it. As i was walking around the mall and the scent set in, i fell in love immediately. I'm not sure why it was so unappetizing at first but i'm glad i gave it a chance. The fragrance is light and not overpowering, kind of dainty like a woman. There are so many different layers this scent. Sometimes i smell more of a lavender or orchid, then others its more of a sweeter fruity smell. It's crazy but everything about this scent is lovely just like its name. The one and only reason i did not give this a five star is because of the lasting factor. For sixty some dollars a bottle i feel that it doesn't stay long enough. Now i'm not sure if it's just me getting used to the smell as the day goes on but other perfumes i am able to smell through out the night. I've asked others if they can still smell the Lovely as...

Television's "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker's eau de parfum spray "Lovely" is my latest favorite fragrance. I love the beautifully shaped bottle, which looks so elegant on my dresser. A little spritz goes a long way in regards to the scent. I have been asked numerous times, "What perfume are you wearing?" A few of my favorite scents in the world are part of this parfum composition which includes lavender, orchid, and musk. Those fragrances make me think of relaxation, love, as well as seduction. So, it is a parfum that can work for many different occasions. I highly recommend this little gem for your favorite girls at Christmas time. The box that it comes in is a charming pink and is just enough packaging to hold the perfume, therefore, no space is wasted in packaging. More environmentally friendly that way. Hold the pop corn...before I watch a Sarah Jessica Parker film, I spray a little Lovely Eau de Parfum on my wrists and it puts me in a Sarah Jessica Parker kinda mood. At first I thought the parfum would be too light for my taste, but after spraying it on a card and myself and my son's girlfriend at the department store, I decided to purchase a bottle. I also purchased a spray bottle of Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Eau de Parfum for my sister who is very picky about parfums. She really liked it. Now I know what to get her for Christmas. This spray bottle is easy to carry in my hand bag unlike other parfum bottles. The price is a little steep, but it is still within the budget for myself and for gifting. I hate to buy a product on name recognition alone, but I will say that Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Eau de Parfum in the spray bottle is worth the little extra pricing. Good product.

I purchased Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely parfum spray when "Oprah" said it was one of her favorite things a few years back. I am rather picky on the scent of perfume I do wear, so I first had to try it on to see if I liked the smell. I walked around the mall for about half an hour and decided that this was a perfume I would wear. This perfume is not strong and overpowering. It has a nice soft floarl scent. When I wear this lovely perfume, I will always get at least one compliment. I have actually had strangers stop to ask me what perfume I was wearing. This is one of my favorite perfumes, around Mothers day and Holidays, the perfume comes in a gift set with lotion, soap and costs around $60.00 which I think is a great buy. I liked this perfume so much, I purchased a bottle for my mom. My mother loves the scent and she is always telling me how many compliments she gets while she is wearing the perfume.

I absouletly love this fragrance. After years and years of searching for one that stays, this one smells and feels so good to put on. I have to give propts to SJP for making this one, wonderful job girl! This stays on me the whole day and I have received a lot of compliments on the way it smells on my body. I do not like a lot of flowery strong smells, they give me headaches smelling it all day long. This is just the right amount of girly smell, with a fresh flirty kick to it. I wish it came in a bigger bottle with a little lower price, but we can't get everything we want! :) I wasn't a huge fan of Sarah Jessica PArker, but now I am haha. I wish more celebrities came out with this light fun smell, not those overpowering flowery smells that make you choke to death. A little of this perfume goes a long way too. I notice it stays on my clothes really well too, even after washing them I smell a hint of the perfume on them, which is awesome. Thanks so much SJP!

I never thought I could love another scent more than I love Estee Lauder's Pleasures, but instantly fell in love with SJP's Lovely! Its light honeysuckle notes, musky undertones and satin liquid make you feel incredibly luxurious.

A few other reviewers have claimed to be anti-celebrity scents and I am no different! More often than not, I find celebrity products to be too overpowering or juvenile. This perfume is nothing like that. It is sophisticated without making you smell like either your fifth grade daughter or your great aunt!

It is also good for people who don't want others to constantly be smelling their perfume; it lingers througout the day but doesn't take over the room when you walk in.

For me it is important to find a scent that you love immediately. Something just clicks when you smell the perfume that's right for you - it's a gut feeling! It's hard to read wonderful reviews of something like this and buy it...well...scent un-smelled. You've got to...

I recently bought the Sarah Jessica Parkers purfum " Lovely", and I loved it. The smell is so romantic and it smells great without being overpowerful. For some reason it makes you feel like a beautiful women when you wear it. They really picked the right name for the purfum because when you wear it it makes you feel lovely....

I am NOT into celebrity perfumes at all. However, Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker is an absolutely wonderful fragrance! I get compliments by men and women whenever I wear it. It's soft, sexy and sophisticated all in one. Great for daytime use. I never tire of it and have actually gone through several bottles already; while other perfumes I end up throwing or giving away. It's a complex fragrance that I don't see how anyone could not like!

I have a lovely liquid satin rollerball and that is it I won't buy this perfume because I wear Covet by SJP. I prefer that one,but don't get me wrong Lovely is just that (lovely) it is a nice perfume but a few things make me not want to buy a full botlle #1 the price #2 the ugly plain bottle #3 Marshalls sells the gift sets for 40 dollars BUT they have a 1.7 oz perfume 1 rollerball and a 2.5 lotion and it is a small set for 40 dollars if it were 30 dollars I would buy but I got a covet gift set it has a 3.4 oz bottle and a lotion and shower gel both are 2.5 oz's for 40 dollars which is a better deal So i went with covet and I like it better anyway.Also lovely has no staying power at all I used so much of my rollerball in 1 day and it smells for about an hour each time glad it was only 10 dollars! I look for value and Covet bought at Marshalls is a great value 3.4 oz for 40 bucks very nice!But all in all SJP has some good fragrances I have yet to try Covet in full bloom As soon as Marshalls......

I am not much of a perfume wearer. In fact, I didn't own a single bottle of it until my daughter gave me some as a gift. Knowing that I prefer lighter fresh scents over the sultry, spicy ones, she gave me a gift set of Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Eau De Parfum. I have to say, I was instantly smitten when I spritzed a bit on my wrist.

Lovely is a perfume that has a fresh, slightly sweet, feminine scent. In my opinion, it gives off an "I'm-fabulous-so-I-don't-need-to-try-too-hard" kind of vibe. It definitely makes a statement, but it does so with understated confidence.

One reason I have tended to avoid perfumes in the past is that I always seemed to spray too much, and then suffer from a headache for the rest of the evening. With this perfume, I have learned to spray first and then walk into the cloud of scent to get an all over tinge of fragrance. So far, I haven't had any problems with an overpowering scent and I find myself reaching for the bottle more often.
