New one has same issue, but barely noticible, so I'll live with it.<br/><br/>Got a Samsung 56" DLP- This TV is awesome!! Would recommend a DLP to anyone!<br/>... Thu, 21 Feb 2008 12:49:49 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Samsung-30-Widescreen-Slimfit-Television-review-a24c6 gothicpenguin 3 http://www.viewpoints.com/Samsung-30-Widescreen-Slimfit-Television-review-07c8 After owning this TV for four months the picture started to warp in the corners.  So we called to have it repaired.  They came out looked at it and said  "The tube would need to be replaced but that may not fix the problem completely:Well we got the tv back a week later and it seemed fine at first but then it started doing the warping thing in the corners again and the widescreen letter box looks very weird now. Samsung says this is in the manufactors guide lines of being accepteable. I don't think it is. the TV is now eleven months old has had a new tube put in and I have to tolerate it is malfunctioning screen even though it's in the first year of it's warranty. Disgusting....
