Its been three weeks since my truck was hit by someone who is with safeco. they wont get me a rental car, made me pay to get my vehicle out of the tow yard and put in storage. im really disappointed with them.

We had Safeco insurance for about 5 yrs. They have the best insurance ever! I was in a major accident where they had to total my vehicle out and they took care of all my medical bills and the other person as well that was in the accident. My ins. only went up 16 dollars every 6 months....

In May of 2008, a tornado came through our neighborhood. The next day I called Safeco, our homeowners insurance carrier. Two days later, a special disaster adjustor came to our residence! The people across the street from us had to wait over a week to see an adjustor from their more exspensive insurance carrier. By the time our neighbors had initial contract with an adjustor, the Safeco adjustor had been to our home three times! On the first visit the adjustor inspected the property and spoke with me regarding his findings and answered my questions. The second visit I was given a check to cover groceries spolied by the ongoing electrical outage and the adjustor spoke with our contractor. On the third visit two more checks were issued, one to the contractor for the removal of trees from our house (which had already been completed) and the other for the beginning of work which was still to be done. As our contractor worked, he directly contacted Safeco as changes to the original estimate...

We moved from one state to another and all we had to do was call our insurance and they helped us make the move so much easier....

I have been with Safco auto insurace for about twelve years now and I am very happy with the business I have had with them. I have not ony had auto insurance with Safeco but renters insurance as well. I have a very resonably priced policy that comes directly out of my account every month and if I ever have a problem with my policy I contact my agent who then contacts Safeco direclty and questions or concerns are addressed at that time. I have recently experienced a hit and run accident and Safeco was very helpful with receiving the claim and making sure not ony my car was taken care of and fixed but I was as well. They made sure I had a rental car and even set up my reservations with the rental car company for me. I am very pleased with my experience with Safeco and I hope others have expereinced the same. I even get a phone call from time to time to ensure that I am happy and to updade my information to see if I can possibly qualify for any more discounts to my policy. If you are looking...

My husband and I have had Safeco auto insurance now since 2006. We switched to them on a recommendation by a car dealer we were buying a car from. We had perviously had insurance from geico, progressive, and esurance. At the time we called to get a quote for Safeco auto insurance we currently had insurance through esurance. After calling for a Safeco quote within minutes we had our rate. The rate drop was about 100 dollars from esurance and even more from our two other insurance companines we had prior to esurance. We were surprised to get such a low quote with having a sports car as our only vehicle. We recently had to make our first auto insurance claim, When calling safeco they were friendly and helpful and understanding about the stress of having your car broke into and damaged. When the claims adjuster came to look at the vehicle he was just as friendly and very helpful as new damage was reported ontop of the current list of damages. They have been very helpful...
