We run a small B&B in Ashland Oregon (Ashland Mountain House, since you asked), and beside wanting to serve really good coffee to our guests, coffee is a very important ritual in my life. (I grew up a block from Peet's first store in Berkeley). We bought one of Saeco's big fully automated machines for the kitchen (see other review) and when we wanted to make coffee available to our guests anytime of day we bought this Saeco Vienna SuperAutomatica Espresso Machine and put it out on a table for our guests to use. We've placed it on an aluminum cookie tray to catch the occasional leakage.

It makes a terrific cup of coffee and our guests love it!
...

My boyfriend used a coffee machine like this at work and told me about it. I was using an automatic drip coffee maker at the time. Although a bit pricey I decided to purchase one for home. I am sooo glad I did. I totally love it. It takes a couple of minutes to warm up at first then it's one fresh ground and brewed coffee after another....
