We had one of the tower rooms and it was very nice with a great view overlooking the pool.The staff was very courteous and prompt. On the day we arrived; the smoke detector in our room kept chirping so I called down to the front desk and a maintenance person was there within 10 minutes to take care of the problem. We especially enjoyed the Giraffe Cafe breakfast every morning. My hotel package (which I found through Mousesavers.com) included breakfast every morning and the staff there treated us like royalty. I was feeling a bit tired one morning and decided not to go down with my husband and stepdaughter to breakfast; and the staff actually sent breakfast up to me! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to be able to go there again myself!... It was my favorite hotel yet! I absolutely loved it! The outside was beautiful, even though there was not anything extravagant about it, it was clean cut and well kept.  The valets were very nice, and the service was wonderful! The rooms were more than expected.  They were painted in colors that you wouldn't expect to see in a hotel , but it was amazing! The two queen beds were the most comfortable I have yet to find in a hotel and the bedding was top notch! Wonderful view as well.  There is a bus service that takes you to the parks and they were right on time! The gift shops downstairs have everything you could need at reasonable prices! I would definately recommend this hotel to any and everyone!...
