My husband and I have been on three cruises; two on Carnival and one of Royal Caribbean. The service of the Carnival ships was excellent. I had heard that Royal Caribben was outstanding. I was very disappointed. The ship was a nice ship. However, the employees needed a 5 Star hospitality course. They stood around talking when the tables needed to be bussed. We requested a blanket for a room. It had three hugh tares in it and was so dirty that within two hours of putting it on the bed my wife had an asthma attach. We smelled of it and it was awful. The overhead beds were not properly secured and we mentioned it to our stewart. She said that it was perfectly alright. My husband finished securing it. The water coming out of the faucets was brown and at times there was a sewer smell in our area of the ship. Half of time the sanitizers were empty at the restaurant. When the waited talked no one could understand him. One of these people had been working for Royal...
...

I love this line and class of ship. My husband and I have been on Navigator, Explorer, Mariner of the Seas. In 2006 we cruised on Navigator in February and again in November. Both times, when I came back, I got a terrible flu (stomach and fever) and was out of work for another week. My boss wasn't happy at all! Go Mariner!...

this was my second cruise in 3 years with Royal Caribbean and both myself and my children (20 + 21) thought this was truly amazing. The food, room staff, room, decor, everything was just amazing. The ability to eat for a very reasonable price ($25/pp) in an elegant Italian Restaurant was amazing. We feel any other ship will just seem like a tug boat in comparison and don't know where we go from here to cruise. -- the best experience
...

My husband and I have been on Navigator of the Seas twice. Both times were able to find great deals. Our rooms were great. Our cabin stewards, waiters, and all the RC staff were wonderful! We have never had any problems with RC and love traveling with them. We have been on one other cruise line. That didn't hold a cancle to RC's service, food, and staff.

We are definitely fans of RC and look to book on them whenever the deals are great. Navigator of the Seas is really easy to "navigate." This ship is laid out great.

We have always had a great time on Navigator....

Our family has been on 13 cruises. Royal Caribbean offers the most activities for my kids, however, the food is just fair. The dining room service is excellent, but the chef can't adequatekly cook for 3,500 people at one time!...

My husband and I love the RCL cruise line and the Navigator of the Seas ship was great. There was always plenty to do and so little time to fit everything in. We tried it all: rock climbing, mini golf, ice skating, and just lounging by the pool. We can't wait for out next RCL cruise. It's going to be a blast!
...

My cruise experience was mixed because I was sick on the cruise. :o( But the medical clinic was well equipped and the doctor and nurses were fabulous. Since the antibiotic I was given meant I had to stay out of the sun I spent a lot of time in the lounge, library, computer room, theatre, restaurant, on board shops, etc. and curtailed my off-shore trips. There was a lot to do and we relaxed and explored most of the on-board options. My only negative comment would be how limited the hours of operation were for the ice skating rink. It was never open when we wanted to go! Overall we had a really nice time despite my bad luck in getting sick.

The staff were wonderful; helpful and friendly. The food was really good. We were more comfortable with the casual dining options because I didn't want to stay up late but the one evening we went to the formal dining room was lovely.

We had purchased travel insurance so all my on-board medical expenses were covered. My employer provided health...
...

Considering this trip began as a family celebration, there was a strong negative bias from the start.

The staff made the trip enjoyable and comfortable from the word "go". The food was much better than I would expect from a kitchen cooking for an entire ship.

Some of the activities were a bit cheesy, but in all I would go back in a heartbeat.
...

The ship was fantastic - it was a floating resort. We had such a great time and didn't realize at times that we were floating in the ocean! The ports were lots of fun and it was nice to come back and relax at a bar or restaurant - or head down to the casino for some games. The ship was fun and the staff was very attentive and added to the entire experience. This was my first cruise and since then, I've taken 3 other cruises with Royal Caribbean - all great experiences and we're in the process of planning one more!
...

What I like about Royal Caribbean is their itineraries. I like to pack as much in to my vacation for my buck. Royal consistently visits one more port of call on the same length cruises than the other lines. Thats one more place to visit that I don't get to if I choose another line. Plus Royal has tons to do. Especially Voyager and Freedom Class ships. I love the ice skating rink - the ice show is absolutely fabulous. Also Royal is very competitively price. So why would I pay the same for less. The food is good and the staff is nice. I'm not sure I would cruise with anyone else....

I have taken several cruises in my lifetime, it is the only way to go. I don't think I'll ever take just a normal by land vacation again.

I have traveled to Hawaii, the Caribbean islands, Jamaica, Cancun and a few more that I can not think of right now.

It is so exciting to see the other parts of our beautiful world. The best part of any cruise vacation is the fact that you get the royal treatment any place that you go. Royal treatment all the down from the Captain to the stewards. People on the islands are very warm and seem happy that you have come to visit them. The parties and entertainment is always beyond any expectations. Once you arrive at your starting destination, the fun begins. You don't do anything, but sit back and ENJOY! They cater to your every need, even the needs you didn't even know you needed.

The food, and food and food........goes on for miles 24hrs. a day. If you go hungry-that is only due to your choice. Know one tells you what to do or when to do it,...
...
