I signed up for the RED ROBIN club 6 months ago for Columbia MD and was so surprised to receive the birthday burger email for my August birthday! The email gave me a nice window to use the offer (many other places restrict the time frame) and I was all by myself when I came to the restaurant in Columbia. Outside seating was nice and quieter than the inside hub bub (good place for little kids) and air counditioning was not an issue at that time. No insects were flying around ( luck or preperation by the staff, I don't know ) and the tables and chairs were clean but being outdoor furniture, metal and a bit hard to sit on. I had three people, the person that sat me and asked if this was ok and the waiter who took my order and the server who asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I noticed that the food at the other tables was being sent out fast and my burger was a short wait also, Lunch may be is easier, and I love the choices for topping and the drinks too. ...

i don't see the big attraction to this place. It's a burger joint. and not the best one either. Once was enough for me.

This was the first time I've eaten at this restaurant, Red Robin, in Columbia, MD. The atmosphere was really nice but when i received my burger, I was not impressed. The burger and fries both were cold. I am not in the habit of sending my food back to the kitchen so I kept it and didnt eat it. I was not impressed with the food however the wait staff was extremely nice and friendly. The manager came over to find out what my problem was and I told him and he offered a number of times to replace the food with something else but i chose not to. My family were happy though

Take the whole family out, enjoy spacious tables, great wait staff, a great variety of special sandwiches and burgers. It is always a good time and we never have bill SHOCK!!!...

Red Robin in Columbia is one of my frequent lunch runs with coworkers. The menu has enough variety that we can all find something we like - from the cheeseburger smothered in toppings to wonderful salads for those of us that want to eat a bit healthier. They keep your waiting to a minimum - whether its for a seat, a drink refill or your main course :) We have never had bad service at Red Robin and everyone has been friendly and happy....

I have been to Red Robin many times. If there was one closer to my home, I would go more. I have never recieved bad service at a Red Robin. The BBQ chicken wrap is great. They also have the best milk shakes, they are huge for the money. Family;s can eat their without going broke. It is a great place overall. Go visit Red Robin NOW!!...

Red Robin is a great place to eat. First, they have arcade games for kids to play while they wait. They have balloons for little ones. They have a varied menu. Red Robin is famous for its hamburgers, but also has great chicken sandwiches and salads, too. The chocolate milkshake is TDF!

The service is fast and friendly at the Columbia location.

The ambiance is terrific (very family and fun oriented) and the food is great! The service has been outstanding everytime I've gone. They have large protions, which is great because I have two growing teenaged boys. If you like burgers and like to try something different, then go here! They have the most unique burgers I've. Oh, and beer lovers must try this place. The beer is so cold that there are ice chips in it....

My husband and I eat at Red Robin at least once a week. We always get an appetizer, usually the buffalo style chicken tenders or the mozarella sticks. For dinner, they offer sandwiches, salads, entrees. They claim to be a burger joint but I never get a hamburger. My favorites are the carnitas fajitas, friend chicken salad, chicken stir fry, ensenada chicken platter. Their chocolate milkshakes are wonderful. I can't finish a regular but they wikll allow adults to purchase the kid size. Also, you can add onion rings to your meal instead of fries for an additional cost. Worth the extra charge. Ask for the campfire sauce to go with them....YUM!!!!! Even if there is a wait, we've never waited longer than 25 minutes. Usually they seat us sooner.
