Lately, I've been trying my hand on baking brownies, cookies, etc...As a beginner, I find it really interesting and i am always excited to see the outcome. To help me with all the preparation and baking process, i have my Pyrex bakeware to rely on. This glass bakeware set comes in different rectangular and round sizes, with tight lids, and a measuring cup. The round items have flared out edges and the rectangular ones have handles so they're easy to hold and grip. They are all-around durable items, you can use them in prep and mixing, baking and heating (also microwave-safe), as well as storage purposes. I like that i can prepare and cook something on my Pyrex, serve the food in it, and if there's leftover, just cover it and put it in the fridge. And with the tight-seal covers, it makes food lasts longer. Also, it is easy to clean and it doesn't absorb the smell of food so you are sure it is safe to use over and over. My mom used Pyrex products for a long time, and like what everybody says,...

I absolutely love my pyrex baking dishes. They are so easy to clean and minutes after coming out of the oven they are cool enough to touch without burning yourself. How many time do you accidently hit the side of the casserole dish and end up burning yourself? Many times with other bakeware but Never with my Pyrex.

The Pyrex 18-Piece set makes for a fabulous addition to any kitchen. The thick glass structure is very sturdy and has shown no wear and tear over the last decade. The lids are snug fitting and have not been damaged, in spite of microwaving, freezing, and dishwashing. We got ours early on in our marriage over 11 years ago. Now I buy the Pyrex sets for most of my friends on their wedding days. They are so practical that I figure any family can use these containers. They are great for baking, microwaving, freezing, and storing. You can't go wrong with any of these! My favorite of all the Pyrex's is the small/medium size rectangle pan. It is the perfect size for making thick and chewy brownies. I wish I had four of them to make many batch after batch of goodies. I was recently in the store looking for some extras so that I could add them to my collection. I have no complaints except that I do not own more!

Used to use the plastic storage containers but they would never come clean all the way, leaving stains. Got pyrex 18pc set as a wedding gift and then again as a christmas and I got to say I have been in love with them ever since I received the first set. I still have both sets and they are very reliable....

I love to bake but this set is so handy for anything you can think of. I use these everyday of the week. I couldn't live without them. I love that the are oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe. I love the fact that I can bake a roast or a casserole and there is no need for me to dirty tupperware for leftovers. I can simply let it cool, put the lid on and put it in the fridge. This saves me time and energy after a long day at work and makes cleaning up easier after dinner. I have also had my set for several years and they still look brand new. I don't have any chips in the glass or broken lids. They are very durable....

I recently purchased my set of Pyrex glass dishes because of the possibility of toxins being leached into our food from plastic containers. I'm so glad I bought this product! They are wonderful. I was concerned that they wouldn't seal properly, but they seal great. In fact, I think they seal better than the plastic, disposable ones so often on the market.

One of the best benefits is that they last! You don't have to trash them after a few uses. Plus I know I'm providing my family with a safe alternative to food storage.

Pros: Convenient, easy to clean, dishwasher/microwave/oven safe, the lids are fit and no leaking
Cons: The lids are plastic so might not fit the container tightly after a period of time

This set is very convenient and easy to use. I use them to store opened canned food, soup, or food with strong smell in my fridge. The lids are tight so you don't need to worry about the leaking of liquid or smell. In addition, they made my fridge well-organized. One time I took a container with my lunch out from fridge and reheated the food in oven directly, and it was totally no problem.

The containers are also very easy to clean. I hand-washed them and sometimes use dishwasher to clean them (you should place the lids on the top rack of dishwasher only); both ways worked well. There are no stains or color remaining.

I like that this set includes every size and shape Pyrex dish with its coordinating lid. The dishes are oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe. No more scrubbing in the sink...just pop it in the dishwasher and it comes out clean and fresh!

I especially love the lids. I frequently freeze casseroles and lasagna for a month or two, and now I don't have to worry about freezer-burn...the lids keep the food dry and isicle-free. Not to mention the fact that my leftovers actually stay good until we finish them up! I hardly ever have to throw any food away because the plastic wrap or tin foil didn't keep it fresh. I also use the bowls for storing fruits and veggies like grapes and lettuce...and my produce doesn't end up smelling like last weeks dinner! Hooray!!

An added bonus is that I end up doing fewer dishes because my baking, storing, and reheating containers are one and the same. I like that they stack well in the fridge and don't get stained by red sauces or...
