I CAN TELL YOU FOR SURE THAT PROGRESSIVE IS JUST A JOKE INSURANCE. SWITCH TO GEICO . I WILL GO BACK TO THEM . THE ONLY REASON I SWITCHED FROM GEICO TO PROGRESSIVE IS TO SAVE.

I would recommend Progressive Auto Insurance to anyone looking for insurance. Once a year, I generally look into the possibility of changing auto insurance companies. Not because I am unhappy with Progressive but because I'm always looking for ways to reduce my expenses. This year was the first time I actually found companies willing to offer me a better deal on the same coverage as Progressive. Since I'd been with Progressive for 11 years, I wanted to give them a chance to challenge the better offers I'd received. They certainly didn't dissappoint. I've saved money with them over other carriers for so many years and they found a way to reduce my premium saving me just under $200 annually. My experience with Progressive has influenced many of my friends to change companies and they are very please with the level of service and low premiums as well.

I shopped around, my computer messed up, I lost my window to compare again. My last insurance company was $300 less, so, yes I know I didn't get the best price out there, but I have to say they do have quick response time to accident damage. I had an accident, my fault, I called them and told them about it gave them the other peoples information and they showed up the next day took pictures and a statement and that was it. Not bad for a quick fix....

I have had Progressive Inurance for over a year now and have been very pleased with it. While they are not the cheapest of the insurance companies they stand behind their claims and are easy to deal with. I would say that price wise they fall at about an 8 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the lowest priced. They do offer multi policy discounts which can be quite helpful in reducing the cost of your insurance. They will also let you taylor your policy to what specific needs that you have or around what price you are wanting to spend. They also have someone their 24-7 to speak with you in customer service as well as claims. One month I wanted to push my payment back a few days and they will let you push it back ten days if need be. I like the convenience of being able to pull up all my details on my policy on the computer and print off documents or policy cards if needed. I have not any claims so I cannot honestly say how their claim service is but if it is like the rest of...

I have used Progressive Auto Insurance for 7 years now. Their customer service is incredible. I've had to use their 24 hour road service a time or two, and I was very impressed at how quickly they got someone out to help me. When I was in a car accident, I just had to make one phone call. The lady who helped me was very nice. While I was on the phone with her, Progressive called the police and the paramedics for me. My car was towed, and repaired within a week. The person in the claims department who helped me was very patient, and walked me through the whole process. I feel that my monthly premiums are very reasonable, and that I am getting the service that I am paying for. Progressive makes it very easy to make my premium payments online, as well as receiving all of my documents online, ready to print at a moments notice. I like that they give you the option of paying for your six month contract up front or make payments monthly.

I've been a Progressive customer since 2003. Every time my policy comes up for renewal, I shop around for a better price. In almost seven years, no other company comes close to Progressive for value. This year, I filed my first claim ( a hit and run parking lot incident). Wow, Progressive went above and beyond in working with the police to find the person who hit my car and had my car in the shop within two days for repair. I was beyond pleased with the service I received and would recommend Progressive to anyone shopping for insurance, not only for the price but for the claims service.
