I use my eliptical 2 or 3 times a week. I love the smoothness to the strides. I don't use the audio portion. I do use the aerobic and fat burning programs. I really like them. My only complaint would be that it takes batteries. But that is no big deal, we don't burn through them too often.

The proform elliptical was a great purchase for me. I am a mother of three and it is very difficult to go to the gym and work out. The ease of just going down to my basement and working out is awesome. It has pre-programmed workouts from beginner to advanced. It also has a helpful fan and drink holder. Bottom line it gets me moving and sweating which is all that really matters.

I love the eliptical 350 this is the only machine i have stuck to have hade it for 3 months and use it every day has changed the shape of my body... I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

My first elliptical was a ProForm Strideselect, which I loved. The Strideselect is a great machine, but its like the Prince of Sweat, whereas the 350 is like the King of Sweat! Not only are these things built super solid, they are quiet, easy to clean, and most importantly, easy to use! If you get back pain or knee pain, an elliptical is def the way to go. I've been a ProForm user for 5 years now and wouldn't buy any other brand. These are professional machines at home prices. The only caveat I have is that if you're not handy, spring for the in-home installation or put on something slinky and entice your neighbor to assemble it!...

This is a great product for the money. Good workout..low impact on knees and back. It is not as stable as a gym quality elliptical..but this can be solved by buying rubber matts from any sporting good store..to put underneath. This also helps with impact.It does take up some space..but well worth the space it uses.

Using the Proform Elliptical is a wonderful experience! I have the Proform 20.0 CrossTrainer Model and I LOVE all the extra features! The games are fun and diverting to play while excersizing and the fan is a nice addition. Using the Elliptical is a breeze. The AudioTraining Programs are a wonderful over-all workout, though I don't use the feature very often. I like the choices in display read-outs. Being able to monitor pulse, calories burned, distance run, time, and speed in different formats is a nice plus. The only cons are high price and size, but all-in-all a great product!

Definately the best excersize experience I've ever had!

Its a great piece of equipement that really works out your whole body. You can feel the burn after 10 minutes. Definitely a worthwhile workout....

I really liked this Eliptical. It was easy to use, and wasnt as painful on my bad knee as some of the others that I have tried. I would recommend it, its low impact and really gives you a good cardio workout....

Unlike some elliptical trainers, this one is easy to use. I'm short, so some of these machines are hard to use. This one was not.

This machine was purchased with really high hopes. It was a $699 macine marked down to $449 so it seemed like a great deal. It was fairly easy to set up, but it only worked for about two weeks before the settings no longer functioned. I have called the manufacturer to see if they willm replace it but so far have not heard back....
