I used Proactiv 3 step Acne System for a few years, and my skin some times would be dry an flakey. While using this product for those years was a waste of money,don't get me wrong it works for some people but not everyone.They say that this product is #1 in America i don't think so.

I have been using this for 5 years and I absolutely love it! I had really bad acne and tried everything over the years. I started using this and after 3 months it made such a difference. Now I only have the occassional breakout. The mask is great and I use it nightly since i have oily skin even tho it says only once a week. I highly recommend it.

I'm a full-time student and a full-time dance choreographer. I'm usually around a lot of people so many people see my face a lot. I actually became very insecure about my face because I have gotten so many marks and scars from my acne. My older sister suggested that I try Proactive. After much thought and reviewing the product, I decided to finally try it. The package came in within a week and a half and immediately I opened it up, read the brochure and started to wash my face like the instructions told me to do so. The first week, my acne began to clear up however, within the second and third week, my face started becoming extremely dry. I didn't know why because I was using the moisturizer but still it was drying out and after a while it began to flake. I was so embarrassed. Thinking that maybe I was using it too often, I stopped using it in the morning and night and just stuck out to using it at night. I started ordering Proactiv for my son when he was a teenager but ended up using it myself for the occasional breakout I get. The system is easy to use. I especially like that it is not super drying since my skin type has changed to 'aging'.
