I feel this grill works great for family meals. Sometimes when cooking a meal, you need more room than a gridle on the stove allows. This is perfect for those needs. Also, if you want the feeling of being able to grill but weather outside doesn't allow this, the griddle works great.

I love to use the when I am cooking breakfast for me family. We love pancakes and you can get alot on this griddle at one time. It is also very easy to clean. The coating on the griddle is great for not sticking and also helps for easy clean up.
...

luv4west says "What a great pancacke grill for any morning!!" about Presto Griddle

The Presto Indoor Griddle is a fantastic griddle for pancakes, one of my favorite Saturday morning breakfasts. It has even cooking. We even loved it so much that we bought our daughter in college one, she loves pancakes too!! There are many uses for this griddle, another great one is bacon. It gives you a large area to cook bacon, which in a pan sometimes is not as easy as one might think. The Presto is a good size, the size of a griddle is important, one too small will not give you the enjoyment that the Presto gives you. And yet it is easy enough in size to clean up very easily....

i have made pancakes and rotis on it and they turned our great. it was good to make vgetable cutlets too . easy to clean . since i am money conscious, i preferred this over others as it was within my budget. but its size limits its utility to serving only a small group.
...

The griddle is a handy cooking device that cooks more than one type of food product at any given time. You can also save on dirtying more than one individual pot or pan, when all you use is this one griddle. Extremely easy to clean, and easy to store....

caligoddess says "AWESOME!" about Presto Griddle

This griddle is amazing. It is versatile and functional. You can use it in a variety of ways. You can cook multiple items on the surface as well as switch what you are cooking quickly as a damp cloth on the hot griddle quickly cleans it enough to move onto the next item you need to cook. The drip pan is large enough to cook a few packages of bacon and not even need to worry about if it is filling up too much - cause don't worry, it is good to go! Great surface size. You can cook a lot more than you think you can for its size. The only down side on mine is that the side closest to the plug in thermostat gets hotter than the opposite side...but this is sometime an advantage too. Just depends on what the cook is serving up. It really does not make the product any less awesome though as it is the ONLY problem I have found and it is an EASY problem to work around. Buy it - you will love it!...

lhabr56 says "I LOVE THIS GRIDDLE!!" about Presto Griddle

I bought this for my vacation house, as we have a lot of family and friends who come to visit there and breakfasts especially can take some time to fix. I can whip up sausage, pancakes, eggs, everything really, on this baby. My son, who went to culinary school, loved it so much he asked for one for his birthday! It's very large, which could be a deterrent for someone with a small kitchen, but it's thin enough to store on it's side in my cabinet that I keep cutting boards and cookie sheets in. It's amazingly easy to clean, heats evenly and quickly and was relatively inexpensive. A real time saver and free's up the stove as it can be plugged in wherever it's convenient to use. We've even taken it out on the deck in the summer to cook on. LOVE IT!...

I received the Presto griddle as a gift so I do not know the cost of the item. I get requests to cook corn pancakes, but always dreaded having to stand over a hot stove doing multiple batches and getting uneven cooking results in a pan that was larger than the stove burner.

Now, I get out my Presto griddle and cook them all at once with totally even cooking results. With the non stick surface, I do not need to add oil and my pancakes do not stick at all. When I'm done, I get a soft wet cloth and clean the surface quickly and easily.

I have not had the opportunity to cook burgers or anything that exudes grease yet, but the product has an interesting feature. If you pull the handles out, the surface tilts so the grease can run off into a grease trap. The trap is removable for easy cleaning.
...
