I've have several deep fryer, buy the Presto Multi-Cooker is the best in the world for deep frying. I have two Presto Multi-cookers one for deep frying only and the other one to use for about everything you can cook in it. Multi in the name says it all.

The presto multicooker is a great invention! In one appliance you get a slow cooker, a crock pot, a deep fryer and it is non stick and very well made. The box comes with a non stick cooker, that doubles as a deep fryer, a crock pot, a metal strainer with handle, a direction booklet with recipes, and a heating element that breaks away when pulled on for safety(GREAT if you have small children). and a glass lid that fits on all the parts. The deep fryer is non stick, deep and heats up to 400 degrees. Works great and is fully sumersable which is great! The crock pot is a stone pot and holds alot, the deep fryer cooker pan can also make fast work of cooking things up fast. I have made chili in 30 minutes in this pan. Washing is so simple and easy. The frying straining basket is a great accessory. The whole thing stores inside it self and does not take up much room at all, no more than a regular crockpot would. For the money, space saving, and durable well made this is a great buy and...

The Presto Multi Cooker does EVERYTHING!! It slow cooks, boils, steams, roasts, sautees and even deep fries!

It takes the worry out of whatever cooking job that you assign it to. The 6-qt heavy duty aluminum pot is coated inside and out with a non-stick coating to help prevent food from sticking and for easy cleanup! Also, it help resist warping or distortion.

It can also be used as a supplimentary pot when all the burners on your stovetop are in use, to keep you from having to wait until a burner becomes availible! Large comfy-grip ergonomically-styled side handles and 4 large sturdy legs for easy lifting, carrying and the legs are suppled with rubber fet to help prevent sliding.

The Presto Multi-Cooker is a wonderful appliance to have in the kitchen if I could keep it plugged in. I love my multi-cooker, but it is a huge hassle to keep plugged in. The safety plug is a great idea, but it is too safe. If it gets knocked off of the counter and the plug comes undone it doesn't cool down instantly. You will still get burned so why the safety plug? The safety plug should be done away with. Other than that it is a great appliance. It heats up fast and the basket makes for little to no mess. It is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Cooking in the Presto Multi-cooker saves time and is fun to use....

I don't have this yet, but have seen it and will be buying it. I love the fact that it's so versitile.

A friend of mine has this and she loves it.

The price is reasonable for all that it can do. Easy to clean also. And not too big. The presto multi cooker will be in my cabonet soon. I rate this 5 stars.

The Presto Multi Cooker is a economical cooker...you can deep fry, stew, and roast. I use this mostly for deep frying but have used it also for roasting. It helps free up my range for other cooking and does not take up alot of space. I would recommend this product as a good buy for anyone looking for a multi-use cooker>...

The Presto Multi-Cooker is really great for deep-frying or steaming. I love the baskets with the hooks on the side. Great for making homemade doughnuts, deepfrying chicken wings, or steaming fresh vegatables. All in all, this is a great deal, and economical too....

My husband loves deep-fried foods, and I have always hated fixing them because of the mess. This is the easiest clean-up fryer I've ever had and makes frying a cinch. Best of all, it is so versatile that it can be used for boiling, roasting, stewing, casseroles, etc in addition to being a fryer. I was amazed at how inexpensive it was compared to many other models. It is now my "go to pot" for cooking....
