      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we wanted&lt;/strong&gt;&#160;&lt;br/&gt;When shopping for a big boy bed for my son, we decided that we wanted bunk beds. We thought it would give us the option of either having them bunked or separating them and having two singles. We also wanted the beds to be made of dark, very sturdy wood to go with the rest of the tone of our home.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The search began...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#160;searched and searched. I was blown away at how many crappy bunk bed sets were out there. Most were steel, flimsy and not terribly sturdy. I then turned to Pottery Barn Kids and Land of Nod. While those two stores are pretty trendy, they do generally have nice kids furniture that is built to last.I shopped at both of the stores and given that I wanted a dark wood, my options were pretty limited. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Our selection&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;When we saw the Pottery Barn Kendall Bunk Beds, my husband and I were in agreement that these would be good. Our toddler could fit into it perfectly, and the style would last him for many years to come.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So, do we like them?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Yes. Since I am a wannabe interior...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
