I love to bake, but so often I am pressed for time or don't have all the ingredients to make cookies from scratch. The answer to my dilemma is these cookies from Pillsbury. These cookies not only are easy to make, but they come out tasting like they are made from homemade. I love these because they couldn't be easier. Just preheat your oven, place the dough cookies on your baking sheet and bake for about ten minutes. After they bake, they are warm and soft and taste homemade. The cookies rise and are filled with quality ingredients. The chocolate chips give such a decadent chocolate flavor you won't want to share. The only downside to this product is that there are only 12 cookies per box, so when baking for a large crowd you will need to buy a few boxes. The refrigerated cookie dough is perfect for families, because the cookies are so easy to make, even kids can do it. There is no mixing and no measuring and they come out tasting great. I love the chocolate chip variety,......

this cookie dough is great. i love the chocolate chip along with all the other flavors. the only problem wth the cookies is they run out to quick. seems just when you start to enjoy them they are one. they only make 12 cookies so in my family they do not last very long. the cookies are very fresh and have alot of chocolate chips. ive tried the off brands and i must say i can tell a huge diffrence between them and the pillsbury....

The Verdict: It's so nice to be able to make a batch of cookies without having to have all the ingredients on hand. Just slice, bake for 10 minutes, and eat. I keep rolls of Pillsbury cookie dough on hand during the winter.

Just the Facts: I'm not sure why, but during the winter months me and Mr Bugg crave cookies. Hot, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. I could whip up a batch of chocolate chip cookies in my Kitchen Aid mixer but I don't always have the ingredients on hand and mixing the dough is time consuming. So we almost always keep a roll of slice n bake cookie dough on hand and Pillsbury is usually our choice.

I've tried the store brands and they are pretty good but something about the Pillsbury dough makes a more delicate and chewy cookie than any other dough I've used. We don't always make the whole batch either which is nice about these tubes of dough. I normally slice 4 cookies from the roll and bake them in my toaster oven at 25 degrees lower than the package...
...
