Will NEVER go to the PictureMe studio again. I went to the Walmart on East Colonial in Orlando, FL. I made an appt. for 11:30am and the girl on the phone told me to show up at 11:15. I have a 3 month old son and wanted to get his Christmas pictures done. I show up at 11:15. The photpgrapher never said anthing to me while I sat and waited for her to finish with her customer. Come 11:45 I am still sitting their, my son getting cranky. I ask the employee how much longer and she was incredibly rude. I end up walking out of the store and calling her boss Shirly to file a comllaint. Why do they schedule appts every 30 minutes if they can't handle it?? Shirley called me back and was just as rude as her employee. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life! I would not reccomed going to this company EVER! I took my business to Sears. They have the same 7.99 deal as Walmart and the employees are wonderful!

Picture Me Portrait Studio Just Underwent a tremendous buy out. What was owned by PCA is now owned by CPI ( the same company that owns sears portrait studio) The new company CPI is doing great things to improve customer service. I just had my family pics made there and they turned out great and I had a wonderfull experience. The past is the past and people need to give the NEW Picture Me Studio another chance....

I had a great time watching the photographer make my daughter show smiles I have never seen anyone get out of her. The staff member was friendly and I was sort of shocked it was a male photographer. He did a fabulous job and made myself and my daughter feel very comfortable. When I took her to Price Chopper a few months back for their photography package special offer, I spent $200 on pictures I was not very satisfied with. At Picture Me I only spent $150 and I ended up with twice the amount of pictures I paid more for. Quality of the prints are excellent and I highly suggest to Smiles CLub membership as it is a huge money saver. I went back yesterday and I only spent $80 and I got the same size package as I spent $150 on. Give it a try yourself and see its better than anywhere else in the Syracuse area. Im very happy.

They are excellent! I have gone to JC Penny, Sears and many other local places and I have spent alot over the years. Recently I was walking into the local Walmart in Camillus and the Manager introduced himself and offered me a free portrait to try out their new studio. The Manager there is AWESOME.

He is excellent with the kids, giving them high fives, making funny noises and doing everything to get my 2 kids to smile.

I highly reccomend their services.

December 7th,2008 I took my two children ages 7 & 6 to Walmart picture me portrait studios. I had a tenative appointment at 12:45P.M. I did not get in to have their portrait session until 1:45P.M. By then my children were miserable, and the photographer was just as pissy. The guy spent all of 3 minutes taking 13 pictures of my girls. I didn't get a single shot I liked, and was not able to view my pictures until 2:30 P.M. The studio didn't even try to compensate me for my troubles. I ended up calling the 1800 customer service number, and they ended up sending me a certificate for a free future session with 5 free sheets! For all my troubles I think they should have given me compensation from the get go!!!...

I took my 5 year old Son and my 11 Month old daughter to picture me potrait studios and I probably will not take them back ever again. I made and appointment for December 7, 2008 for 12:30 pm. We got there right on time and there was a tremendous amount of people there. Now I understand that it is christmas time and everyone wants to get pictures done but the experience was horrible.To start we signed in and went to the tiny waiting room that they had and not one of the employees said a word to me. After an hour it was finally our turn and I took my kids in. To start tis is the first tme I have taken my daughter to get her pictures professionally done and in this case I use the term loosely. There were only 2 employees there and the photographer I found out later was the manager. He put my kids into a pose and started clicking away and he didn't even wait for my daughter to have a smile on her face. Then he hurried through individual pictures of them. It only took him 5 minutes to take...
