Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Mineral Loose Powder was a find that my 16-year-old daughter shared with me. After trying this Mineral Powder I was hooked. This is my every day powder that has given me lots of compliments on my fair skin. It adds a nice light but lasting flawless finish to my skin. Like I said, my skin is quite fair and I refuse to tan so I need something that gives me a glow but without really adding color, which this powder does. It adds a nice base glow that if one desires can be finished off with a bronzerwithout making skin look blotchy, something fair skin tone women have to face if they want to add a bronzer, since bronzers base tones are warm color pigments that contrast to much with fair skin and would not be to eye pleasing, specially in the day light. I use Creamy Natural on my very light skin which is the perfect add if you need a warm base for light skin. I have rosacea and am always looking for a product to effectively cover the redness of my skin, but also one that has no oil because I don't need any help in that department either. I have very large pores on my face that I can do nothing about- so those need to be filled in too.

I stumbled across Physician's Formula Mineral Wear Loose Powder and thought that I would give it a try. The word Physician's in it, helped me to trust the product and it's results. Sure enough, it works wonders. It fills in my pores and doesn't make my face feel greasy or that my make-up is running off my face on the hot days of summer. It's now one of the only things I will put on my face!

Physician's Formula Mineral Wear Loose Powder is definitely comparable to Bare Escentuals mineral powder, except much more affordable.
I use this powder daily and it covers redness decently and makes my face glow. Darker scars are still visible under the powder, but that is expected since it is only a light coverage powder. The color does not match my skin tone perfectly, so there is sometimes an orange tint when I apply too much in one area of my face.
This foundation is very easy to apply with a kabuki brush, so doing my make-up is a quick routine for me. Another great thing is that the powder allows your skin to breathe, so you don't feel like you're wearing any make-up at all.
Overall, I find this as a great value. It's the only foundation that I use.

Rarely do I have time to put on a face of make up but this product is easy and looks like I've spent the time putting my face on.

I love that it's talc free and it's cheaper than BareMinerals. It does smell but so does regualr old pressed powder and foundtation. Also the brush was dumb so I bought and use a nice fan style brush.

All in all this is super easy and gives a light coverage

The Physician's Formula brand is praised by dermatologists and has suited my dry skin well. I do wear foundation under the powder, which has a natural, more matte tone compared to other highlighters in the market.

The thing I don't like in the kit is the makeup brush. I use a high-end brush to apply the makeup for medium-to-full coverage. Then I keep these brushes as backups too apply blush or to stash in my purse.

The powder is great at disguising my acne and if I spill any, it's not an expensive loss.

This is an inexpensive alternative to other mineral brands in the market, and I plan to continue using it, even in front of the camera. I'm a believer.

Like many people, I have extremely sensitive skin, and when I look into make-up, that is definitely something that I look for first. When I found Physician's Formula Mineral Wear Loose Powder, I was a little skeptical. A lot of the time, I was wearing liquid foundation for overall coverage of my red skin, but I realized that what that did mostly for me was make it worse. I figured that since it was liquid that it would get rid of my dry skin on top of covering up. Well, I realized that a really good, thick lotion underneath a thin layer of Physician's Formula Mineral Wear works just perfect! It is a) fragrance-free, which is good, because sensitive skin usually means that you need to stay clear of fragrances in your make-ups, b) oil-free, which means it won't leave this really oilly look to your face afterward, and c) it's dermatologically tested. Several times I broke down and purchased the much more expensive and more advertised brand of mineral powder foundation only to be dissappointed each time. Last year I tried the Physician's Formula version and will never go back to the other brand. The Physican's Formula mineral powder foundation gives me the same coverage at a fraction of the price. Plus it is often on sale at certain drug stores. This foundation does not settle into my fine lines and makes my pores appear smaller. The other brand has the opposite effect. This foundation looks better on me as the day goes on because the oils in my skin mix with the powder and give me an internal glowing appearance. It works well in both the summer and winter months. My favorite shade is Creamy Natural though I have tried and used other shades. I like to use a little bronzer over this foundation. I was getting low on my Bare Escentuals mineral foundation and decided to try the Physicians Formula Mineral Wear. The price was right and I was game.

From the moment I first applied it I knew that it wasn't quite as light as the Bare Escentuals. The Mineral Wear seemed to just lay on top of my skin. I thought that maybe as I wore it the make-up would start to blend in with the oils in my skin. It didn't.

I decided to give it a second chance just in case I had a "fluke" bad experience. The next time I went to use it I noticed a musty scent. The brush had somehow acquired an old, rancid smell. I tried washing it out but the smell remained. I tried using a different brush but the make-up behaved the same way. Needless to say, I haven't used it since.

I have always used liquid foundation until about 2 years ago, and I will NEVER go back!! After seeing an info-mercial about mineral makeup, I was intrigued. I wanted to try, but not waste a bunch of money. I knew physicans formula was a good brand, so I reluctantly tried it, I am hooked!! It covers beautifully, all while still letting your natural skin show through. I also don't experience breakouts anymore!! Plus, it lasts forever, one container lasts me about a year. Great value, flawless coverage, no breakouts, who could ask for more?...

I really like this product. It makes you skin look great, the only drawback is the powder can sometimes go everywhere if you're not careful. I'm a big fan of Physician's Formula products, they are one of only a few makers that do not make my skin breakout and feel oily....

The Physicians Formala Mineral Wear Mineral Loose Powder is a great cosmetic! I bought this when it first came out as I was looking for something new and minerals were all the rage. Since then, I haven't used anything else again! This product is great for sensitive skin. It gives a great coverage, but it is also so comfortable to wear. Since it is a light powder, it is easy to apply and isn't messy like some liquid foundations can be. The ease of this product really makes make-up applying time shorter in the mornings - which is great for everyone! The coverage doesn't look fake either, it is natural looking. The minerals in the product also make it so that it is good for your skin, which is really good if you have problem skin to start with! I definitely recommend trying this loose powder out if you are looking for something new!...
