We love staying at the Peppermill. They treat you with such respect and are always pleasant. The bar tenders are so very nice and funny. The rooms are so beautiful and always clean. You will have the best night sleep and the rooms are always clean! Go and enjoy yourself!

My husband and I just returned from our first vacation without the kids. The first two nights we spent at the Peppermill Hotel Casino in Reno, NV and loved it. Great staff. We were upgraded to a suite without asking. Upon check out we found out our room was "taken care of". My husband had them check again, we couldn't believe it. Two nights comped in a suite. That's service. We will be telling everyone about the Peppermill and making it a regular stop when it comes to places to go....

We go to Reno a couple of times a year & use a player's card at the Peppermill when gambling. They always send great offers because of this, such as free stays (2-3 nights) Birthday dinners free, and other fun deals. The restaurants are tasty & it's nice to be able to hang out in one place without going downtown where it can be a little "seedy" at times, not to mention cold in the winter & scorching in the summer! The rooms & suites are really lovely as well, offering steam & hottubs right in lots of the rooms!...

Been going to the peppermill for years....without fail they send us free room vouchers,,,,free dining coupons each and every month,,,they have free,,,yes free tourney every sunday where the top 20 receive cash upto 500, if you are in a motor home no problem, parking is easy as well as safe, without a doubt the best food in reno....

I live in Reno only a block and a half away from the Peppermill Hotel and Casino. I have one of their players club card and I regularly get their 2 for 1 hotel stays. So at least once or twice a year I stay at this hotel for 2 nights Sunday thru Thursday. My daughter also stays there.

They are currently remodelling the hotel and casino and its already starting to look really nice. They have a hugs arcade for kids of all ages. They also have several award winning restaurants. I found their buffet the most excellent in Reno. Also the Steakhouse wonderful restaurant for a classy dinner. But the White Orchid is one of the most romantic places in the area to dine for anniversaries and honeymoons. They also have a coffee shop that has good food 24/7 at a good price.

I would recommend this hotel anytime of the year and will continue to spend a couple of days a year at the Peppermill!
