PAYPAL IS ONE OF THE BEST CREDIT CARDS EVER, BUT BEWARE IT IS STILL A CREDIT CARD, ALOT OF PEOPLE FORGET THIS BECAUSE WHEN USED ON THE INTERNET,EXAMPLE QVC(OWNER OF PAYPAL),IF YOU BUY SOMETHING IT ASKS AND IF YOU SAY PAYPAL IT'S PUT IN YOUR PAYPALPASSWORD AND PRESS CONFIRM AND IT'S DO..NE, TOO EASY YOU CAN GET IN REAL TROUBLE. I REALLYLIKE PAYPAL BECAUSE ALOT OF EBAY SELLERS NOW ARE JUST TAKING PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT, WHAT I DO IS EVERYTIME I USE MY CARD I HAVE A LITTLE PAD I KEEP ON MY DESK AND WRITE WHERE,FOR WHAT AND THE AMOUNT, THEN SUB-TOTAL WITH THE REST, THIS WAY AT A GLANCE I KNOWN HOWMUCH I'VE SPENT AND I HAVE A MONTHLY LIMIT, FOR ME IT'S THE WAY TO AVOID A COSTLY MISTAKE I ONCE MADE. IT'S JUST A PAIN WHEN YOU GET THIS NOTICE THE RATES ARE GOINGUP AND YOU'RE STUCK BECAUSE ALL CREDIT CARDS FOLLOW THIS POLICY. I'VE FOUND THE SERVICE I GET WITH PAYPAL TO BE EXCELLENT, IF THEY CAN'T GIVE YOU AND ANSWER RIGHT AWAY YOU'LL GET ONE THE NEXT DAY, THAT'S THE QUICKES SERVICE I'VE GOTTEN...

I haven't had PayPal Credit card for long but have had to call customer service several times to dispute a transaction. First to talk to a real person you have to spend 20 minutes dealing with automated crap. Then once you get a person it's someone in India with an accent so thick you have to ask them to repeat everything. Also, I'm convinced they treat women worse than men. I called and the man was so rude to me he kept cutting me off and didn't listen to anything I said. My husband called and they were a lot nicer. If you're a woman don't get this card.

I've had the Paypal Plus Mastercard since August 2006, and finally had enough of their games! I canceled it this morning. First, I have great credit, and about 6 months ago they dropped my limit form $3500 to $1310. No big deal, but $3500 was my lowest limit credit card anyways. Why do I need a card with a $1310 limit. Secondly, I've never been late, or anything and they have an insanely high interest rate; 21.24%. I thought it was 18%, which I wasn't happy about, but come on! 21%!! What a rip off!!!

This card pays me 1.5% back on all signature purchaces. It is awesome to get paid to pay my utility bills, rent and insurance.

All transactions are posted immediatly online so there is excellent realtime tracking.

Too bad our economy has gone belly-up, the interest rate on the associated money market has dropped from 5.23% to 2.23% in the last six months.

I hve been a paypal user since 1999.. never had any problems using their mastercard in internet transactions or thru my local grocery store., Paypal is accepted where ever you see a master card logo. you can also fund your paypal acct thru your own credit card as the company is easy to use online...
