This cream is the richest, creamiest, and most hydrating cream I have ever used. I need a tiny amount to completely hydrate my eye area and smooth lines. I like to treat myself every few nights and pat the cream heavily under and around my eyes. The next day, my eyes are refreshed, renewed, and hydrated. Hydrated skin is plumper skin meaning less lines and creases. I won't stop using <strong>Progres</strong> no matter what else I use unless......
