BeverlyWagoner says "Not as high quality as the cruisers." about Pampers Easy Ups

Disapppointed in the quality of the easy ups compared to how great the cruisers are.

The easy ups sides will tear after just one night of wear.

When my duaghter wears them the sides will be torn by the time that she wakes up in the morning.

They will leak faster than a Pull up also.

The Dora prints were a big plus for her while she was learning how to potty train. ...
...

mburak says "Good pants" about Pampers Easy Ups

Pampers Easy Ups is very helpful, it saves my time and my wife's time. We both loved Pampers from the first time we bought it for our son. It has leakguard trainers and feel 'n learn liner which are good for my son who is on potty training right now. When the pants getting wet, the feel 'n learn liner will become cold so my son will know that he is having a pee and his reaction is running to the bathroom and calling my wife to help him, by the way my son is 20 months old. It is nice to see the improvement day after day. At night I don't have to worry about leaking, the leakguard is preventing that. My wife and I can sleep peacefully at night knowing that the pant will last until morning, and so does my son, he sleep all night long and not felling wet because Pampers Easy Ups will stay dry eventhough my son pee in it. The side lines in it also become plus point for Pampers Easy Ups, it is strong (my son always plays roughly but the pant keeps stay in place) and easy to tear off.
...

popcorn2-rm says "Great For Toddlers Who Get Diaper Rash Easy" about Pampers Easy Ups

We LOVE Pampers Easy Up & Diapers.

Our oldest daughter is very sensitive to getting diaper rash. Pampers are the only diapers that do not give her problems. These easy ups also hold a good amount of liquid, we haven't had any leakage problems unless they are more than full.

They fit really well to a constantly growing toddler. The easy to tear sides make changing easy to do anytime even when your toddler is sleeping. These also work well when traveling, especially on an airplane where space is very limited.

These come in the same amount as other popular brands, but may be more expensive in some stores.

The only issue we had with these diapers were when we purchased 2 club boxes at a popular east coast club store. Both boxes had diapers that missed the glue line all together. About 25-30% of these diapers were not sealed on the sides. After contacting the makers of Papers about this, we were asked to send in a few samples of the broken easy ups & in return received $40 in coupons to...
...

I have to admit that when it came to training pants I was an avid Huggies Pull Ups user but I wanted to try the Pampers Easy Ups to see how they compared and boy was I disappointed. My son is pretty much 100% potty trained and I will occasionally put him in training pants over night. The Easy Ups do not hold up, after being pulled down only one time, the sides start to tear and they are rendered useless, and it was not only one incident, the whole package was the same way. I will be happy to report that after I reported the proplem to Pampers customer service, they did send me two $5 off coupons, but I will never buy the easy ups again
...

I used Pampers from the first time I held my baby. The hospital gave pampers and they said Pampers is the famous and the best brand among all diapers. I bought another Pampers diaper and Huggies diaper. After I used both of them I'm satisfied with Pampers. It did a good job and no mess with my baby using it. Now my son is 21 months old and I still use Pampers for his pants. Pampers Easy Ups is very durable and it has a very excelent quality. My son is potty training right now, and he can pull off the pant and wear the pant very easy. He loves the picture in them and he knows when he get wet because Pampers Easy Ups will become cold if there's a liquid there. I love it too, Pampers Easy Ups makes my life easier. I don't have to worry about the mess, the leakage, and most of all it saves a lot of my time. Pampers Easy Ups has almost the same price as other brands. I don't want to compromise wirh the quality, so if you compare the price and the quality you get Pampers Easy Ups is priceless....
...

philosolaw says "Good deal for nearly potty trained kids." about Pampers Easy Ups

This brand of pull ups is usually a penny or two less expensive per unit than other brands of pull ups in my area, so we gave it a try.

The sides of the pull up are VERY soft and flexible, which is a big difference from other products. Also, there is a narrow liner of that soft, flexible material around the leg holes, so there is no irritation from the usually scratchy diaper material.

We haven't had any leaks and my toddler has never complained of being uncomfortable. These DO run a little small though... so if you have a larger child you might needs to switch brands out of necessity at some point.

We avoided buying the more expensive pull ups until we only needed a diaper at nap times and overnight because these diapers run about 0.50/unit, which is pricey. However, it's super easy to get your hands on coupons for the Pampers products by signing up for info on their website or using the coupons in the Sunday paper.
...

I've tried several different brands on disposable training pants and Pampers Easy Ups are probably my least favorite. The sizes run much smaller than suggested on the package. My son is 3 years old and a very slim 30 Lb. yet I have to go to the 40 LB. an up to get a decent fit. They also aren't very absorbent and feel very thin and flimsy.
...

Pampers Easyups are great not just for toilet training kids. My nephews tend to take off their diapers after they have soiled themselves. They are under 2. So, by putting them in easy ups they have a harder time removing the diapers and they're more likely to let us know with a little yell that it's time to be changed. They were also great for my older nephew and nieces when they were being toilet trained.

These diapers are also very absorbent. They work wonderfully for children who are not fully potty trained. The issues is more when a child goes number 2. That tends to make it very squishy and they don't substantially hold it well enough.
...

I haven't used these in quite some time and I remember why. They are very soft, you can usually find coupons for them and some times find them on sale but beware when you do purchase them. The sides are very sensitive and will pull apart at the drop of a hat. I put one on my son before he went to bed and when he woke up the next morning they were completely torn off him just from his tossing and turning the night before. Then we were out and about one day and I checked him to see if he needed a change and again it was completely torn off of him inside his clothes!!!!!!!!! I will say they have very nice designs, and they are soft but unless you want to use duct tape to secure the sides, I would think twice about purchasing this particular brand.
...

LisaCarey says "These Pampers Trainers are Really Not that Easy " about Pampers Easy Ups

Potty training is a tough time. I don't know but it seems harder this time round with my younger children. Pampers Easy Ups are soft, full training pants designed for use to take your child from diapers to potty. They are made with an elastic waist band so that children can take them up and down and the girls version comes with pretty pictures of Dora the Explorer- a popular character in my house. They are more expensive than store brands at $9.99 a pack - and even more expensive than diapers. There is approximately 24-34 in a pack depending on the size you purchase.

What I like about Pampers Easy Ups

Really nothing, they have been banned from the house. See My Viewpoint.

What I don't like about Pampers Easy Ups

they waist band is too tight even going up a size didn't work on my rather slender daughter's waist

they rip from the sides easily

they don't fit well they ride down or slip over causing embarassing moments as my daughter attempt to fix it

My son is in the potty training business currently, and we soon found out traditional diapers greaty hinder the quick dash to the potty. I was disappointed with the Huggies version, as those tear at the sides easily. We bought the Pampers Easy Ups and have been using them ever since! They have that oh so faint gentle sent all Pampers have. They are cloth like and the closest thing you can get to training underpants. The absorbancy is fantastic, we've never had an accisent with them. They fit snuggly with out being too tight. The wetness indicators are wonderful as well. Very helpful. The characters on them keeps my son excited about them. The sides are seamed, yet tearable, which is perfect. They are not bulky at all, yet they can take a load! The flexible leg holes are great, as is the waist band. These have definately influenced my son to use the potty because he gets to wear his big boy pants.
...
