The large bar pan is fantastic. I reach for it almost every time I cook. Anything that goes in the oven can go on the stoneware, and the bar pan is great for reheating frozen foods, warming up leftovers (especially left over pizza and even left over fries). Things come out crispy, not soggy, and there is no need to flip food halfway through the cooking time. It is also great for cooking baked goods... cookies, brownies (large family size box works perfectly) and even a sheet cake, rolls/refrigerated bread dough/biscuits, etc. I've cooked meat on it... from chicken pieces to fresh fish. Even use it to roast vegetables to add to a soup or stew. Unlike a metal cookie sheet, things come out crisp and even cooked with out burnt bottoms.

Cooking on the stoneware takes a little getting used to, and often baked goods take slightly longer, at least in my oven. But once you get the hang of it you'll toss your metal pans! The large bar pan is a great piece to start with as it is...
...

Years ago, I got rid of all my aluminum and non-stick pans because of the possibility of toxins leaching into my food. I switched to glass and stoneware. I much prefer stoneware! This pan is perfect for just about anything you can make -- from pizza, to oven fries, to cookies or brownies. It is large enough to make a very large batch in no time. I actually have two, and use them both frequently! I use them so often, I don't even put them away. They stay in my oven at all times. It does take a while to heat up the bar pan, but retains its heat for quite a while. It also didn't take a long time to season at all. I used higher fat items the first few times, and now I never have to grease the pan at all. The few downsides are that it is *very* large -- I have to quadruple my brownie recipe just to meet the edges of the pan. And it is very heavy. It can be difficult to remove from the oven because of the size. But those are the only drawbacks. I love this pan!
...

Pampered Chef is a product that you get what you pay for. I bought this Pampered Chef Bar Pan when I losted a party and it only cost me $22. We use this almost every day as it is easy to use, retains the heat and easy to clean. Remember to oil all pampered chef stoneware prior to using and never put in the dishwasher. I love using this product since the more you use it, the better shape it actually makes it. I treasure this piece thinking of using it 30+ years from know when I have grandchildren. lol but for now I love using it for my husband and son. My pampered Chef Consultant also told me that if somethings hould happen to my stoneware that the company will replace the product for free as long as I send it in including the broken pieces. I love knowing that Pampered Chef is trusted by millions of households and backs up its guarantees. We live in an older home that has the small old fashion ovens (its not even part of the stove!) but I know when we remodel I will be getting...
...

OMG!! I love ANY of the Pampered Chef Stoneware. I just went to a Pampered Chef Cooking Show Party and I am personally buying pretty much the whole set, well, what I don't already have of it. The Stoneware is easy to clean, heats evenly, and it tough. I have three kids, 5 years and under and my oldest likes to cook with me. She has dropped it quite a few times and not even a chip. Pampered Chef stoneware is a real time and money saver and I would recommend it to Anyone, but exspecially busy moms and dads.

...

As I said before, I feel like I'm just paying for brand with Pampered Chef. Our Hartstone Pottery baking stones were less expensive, are dishwasher safe, shock proof, and made in the USA. We were surprised that this brand was just plain better than Pampered Chef in ever category. I think product is made in Ohio.
...

I am currently waiting to get my new Pampered Chef bar pan, my husband used my old one to broil and it broke in half. Before that, though, I used it almost everyday. It was a beautiful black/brown color and my absolute favorite baking tool. I used it for chicken, fish, frozen snacks, pork, cookies, pretty much anything I needed to bake. The more you use it the darker it becomes and the more non-stick it becomes. It does not absorb any odors so there are no after tastes of your previous use on it. I was a little put off at first with not using any soap to clean it but after scraping it down and rinsing it I would just poor boiling water on it....

I love the Pampered Chef bar pans. I have them in 3 different sizes and use them all the time! Once you have them seasoned, they are non-stick and it's hard to burn anything on them. They are awesome! I leave them in the oven so they are always handy. They are easy to clean because you only need hot water and the scraper that comes with it. They cook evenly and after you take them out of the oven they keep the food warm for a long time since the stone maintains the heat....

I absolutely LOVE all my Pampered Chef stoneware (and I have most of the available pieces), but if I had to pick just one, I would choose the Bar Pan. I can make just about anything in it.....I even bake my bacon in the oven on it so that it's one less thing I have to worry about flipping while I make a big breakfast for my family. It is breakable, but if you save your receipt and it breaks in the first 3 years after you buy it, they'll replace it no questions asked!
...

I received this pan as a gift over 2 years ago. It gets daily use. It is easy to clean and just gets better with age. You can use it for EVERYTHING. I use it for meats especially. It cooks beautifully and the meats get a nice crisp. When cooking chicken nuggets or fish sticks for the kid, it does take a few more minutes to cook but they cook up beautifully and the food never burns.

I recommend this for daily cooking and holiday cookie cooking.
...

Let me say I was very reluctant to buy this when I first heard that it can not be washed like other dishes in soap and water. I thought of all the gross stuff that would be left on the pan. But I did. I made the step and bought it and I love it. It cooks so fast and minimizes the burn of food. Pampered chef has a good product line and I believe the bar pan is one of there best items....

I love to bake, especially when you get to use a pan that not only bakes up what you want in a great manner, but also is easy to clean. The Pampered Chef Bar Pan bakes your desserts evenly and has a coating that is great for easy cleanup. I use this pan to bake my peanut butter bars and caramel bars that can be very sticky and messy, but cleanup is a breeze. The stoneware bakes the bars evenly through and with a little hot water, your pan is clean. This is a great durable pan for baking. I like Pampered Chef products because they are high quality and last a long time. They are a little expensive, but this is great for making lots of treats and will make your Rice Krispies Treats an easy cleanup and not a chore....

This will last a life time if treated properly. It bakes evenly and cleans up easily! Do not use soap on this otherwise your food will taste like soap. That is the only taste that transfers on to these stones however. Toy can cook chicken with onions one hour then turn around and use the same stone for your cookies and they will not taste like onions! This size stone is the best Pampered Chef has! You can use it for everything!
