I purchased the PacBamboo King 11" Memory Foam Mattress. Read all the reviews and thought it would be a great deal, I have slept on the tempupedics and thought they were great. So trying to save a little money and after reading all the review I bought the Mattress. Well this thing is like sleeping on a rock, my wife and I toss and turn all night long and it is not what I expected at all. The bed has no give to it, maybe if we were each 300 plus pounds not sure. So now I'm looking for a new mattress, hopefully one we can get a good nights rest on.

I purchased the Pac Down Plus 11inch mattress in July of 2008. I was 3 months pregnant at the time and was already experiencing hip and back pain when I would get out of my old box spring bed. I wanted to try a memory foam mattress but couldn't justify the cost without knowing if I would like it. I purchased from bed in a box because of their 120 day warranty.

The bed arrived and I couldn't wait to open it. I opened the box and the mattress sprung to life and expanded in minutes. Tip: Open it where you want it because it is ungangly to move. I put the water proof cover and the goose down cover on top of that. I was pleasantly surprised by how well made the goose down cover was but disappointed that it was not as thick as I had envisioned. Still the bed felt soft but firm when I laid down on it. I slept that first night and woke up the next day without the debilitating pain in my hips. I was in love. I slept on the bed through the end of my pregnancy. I did end up with hip pain again...

After sleeping on the same bed for 20 years I and my drop dead gorgeous wife knew it was time for a new bed. After both waking up for months with something aching we went to a local furniture store one Saturday in search of our new bed. After meeting the nice man with the million dollar suit at the door he ushered us in his lavish showroom. We lied in bed after bed. It was like a scene from little red riding hood. This one is too soft I would crow; this one is too hard my wife would coo and finally this one is just right. Alas bedding bliss as we lied atop the top of the line Tempur-Pedic. As I was dreaming of the blissful sleep we would have my wife asked the price. I love this bed and everyone who tries it loves it. One of my friends bought one because he liked it soo much. He was also in the market for a new mattress as well. I have chronic insomina and this bed sure does help. Opening the package is kinda like a show seeing this 1/4 size open and expand to a full size bed. It was amazing! It is a little ackward to move since it has no handles. Also since it doesn't have an internal structure like a coil mattress does. It is a little heavy though. Was shipped very quikly and would buy another mattress from them when this one wears out, which I hope is NEVER!!! Also is great that you can lay it on the floor, a regular box string or a wooden frame. I'm glad I went for the queen size since I can put things on the bed, then put my things aside then go to sleep without havign to get out of bed. Lazy, but great!!! Got my Bed in a Box Pacdown 11" king size mattress last week, and after a week of sleeping on this comfortable bed, decided I need to add my two cents to the rest of the reviewers. I researched, agonized, and went back and forth from deciding on an expensive innerspring to the memory foam. After nearly driving myself crazy, I finally decided to give the bed in a box a try. I can only wonder why I waited so long. I purchased it online, then a day later found a code number someone had posted online. I called the Bed in a Box number, and a very nice young lady (sorry, can't remember her name) answered. I asked her if it was possible to use this code number for the 5% discount. She took the number, and immediately said it wouldn't be a problem, and she would give me the discount. An hour later, I checked my Paypal account, and found the discount had already been given back to me! All I can say is, if you are waivering on whether to buy from Bed in a Box, don't hesitate any...

Just to let consumers know that I have bought this bed a few months ago and have enjoyed the cloud comfort of this bed. I look forward retiring every night for a sound sleep. Will never go back to a plain mattress. GREAT PRICE & GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Bed in the box will be my future purchase from here on out and strongly reccommend.
