bidu says "Really a good product for healthcare" about One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets

I used 'one a day women' for 1 years. It is a quality product to be used for healthcare. Once we take it we need not take care of how many vitamins we took in today's food and the best thing is that it contains minerals also. It can be compared with centrum. But it is specially made for women. It contains special vitamins for breast care and approved by cancer association. Unless someone is facing some other health problems like severe deficiency of any special vitamin, it is best to care your daily needs. But if someone has iron deficiency or vitamin B deficiency, it does not help. For such cases separate suppliments are required. It is general dietary suppliment not to cure any kind of problem like skin, hair or eye. it does contain vitamins but those works for healthy person. For example, we go out with friends and forget about our schedule for taking food or menu items, we just eat what all agrees on. That time we look at taste not at the calories or vitamins. So a tablet at bed...
...

LoveisJoy says "One Pill A Day Supports Heart, Bone, and Breast Health" about One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets

When shopping for a multivitamin, it's easy for me to get overwhelmed by the choices. I don't want packets of vitamins to ingest throughout the day. I simply want a supplement to help balance out my (usually) healthy meals. Currently, I'm using One-A-Day Women's Multivitamins because they provide a complete daily regimen of vitamins and minerals without overdoing it.

One A Day Women's caught my eye because they support the issues that women face. With twice as much Calcium and Vitamin D as Centrum, the One-A-Day tablets provide better support for breast and bone health. I do get a good supply of daily calcium through the foods and dairy I consume, so the 45% Daily Value of the calcium in One A Day means I don't have to take an additional calcium tablet.

One A Day Women's Multivitamins support health in the following ways:

Bone Strength: Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamins D and K, Copper, Manganese

Reproductive Health: Folic Acid, Calcium Magnesium, Zinc

Breast Support: Vitamin...

...

I have taken multivitamins before without problems, but One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamins makes me vomit if I don't eat a full meal first. I've tried taking it with just a bowl of fruit, but that wasn't enough. If I add toast or bagel, etc, then I'm OK. Can anyone recommend a different brand of women's vitamin that doesn't cost a fortune?
...

I have been regularly taking One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets since my college days (about 6 years). After finding myself always tired and run down, I went to the doctor and was diagnosed as borderline anemic and an allergy sufferer. My doctor recommended starting a daily multivitamin and after some research I tried One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamin Tablets. Within the first week my energy felt boosted and since then, though I have tried many different allergy medications to find the right one, if I stop taking my vitamins for any real duration I start to get that run down feeling again.

These vitamins feel like a true supplement and not a replacement for everything I should try to get in my diet through healthy eating habits. The iron in them is enough to lift my energy level without the harsh effects iron pills have to upset my stomach and system. Though I might decide to begin taking an additional calcium supplement, I like the sometimes lower daily value...
...

So I started taking the Women's One a Day and I feel a lot better. Now I have more energy and I feel better doing the day.

I purchased a bottle of One-A-Day Womens Vitamins because my Doctor advised I'd need all the extra calcium I can get up till thirty years old. I believe he compared my body to a bank account, I need to deposite all I can now because my body will start making bigger withdrawels once I turn thirty. So I bought the bottle, but I must admit I do not take them on a regular basis. I have a hard time swallowing pills, and these are no ordinary pills. These are very large pills -which I've now learned to swallow, but my reflexes still want me to spit this back out. Over all these are very tasteless -neither a bad or good taste is left in your mouth after swallowing.

Another bonus; watch your Sunday newspaper for coupons, they can help you save money on this product!
...

Every time I ingest Women's One a Day vitamins, sized for elephant ingestion (should have been my first clue), I am overcome with abdominal pain so severe and intense that I want to curl into a fetal position. The pain begins within 20 minutes after ingesting the vitamins. Per label directions, I was taking two (2) vitamin tablets with food and have been doing so daily for almost two (2) months. My symptoms have been typical of peptic ulcers (varying but symptoms generally have been acute, severe abdominal pain that persists for hours, sometimes nausea, chills, vomiting, cold hands and feet, and on many occasions, my face and ears became inflamed. It is just today that I linked my symptoms with the vitamins. The web literature and particularly the medical/health web sites caution about a linkage between NSAID usage and ulcers, but no mention about ulcer symptoms linked to multivitamins or Women's One A Day multivitamins. I wish that some of the more authoritative health...
...

There are so many different kinds of vitamins out there and between price and "are you getting everything you need" I went through a few brands. When I began taking One A Day Womens, I could tell there was a difference in the potency. I did feel more energetic and tried hard to make sure I used them in a balanced diet. It was about two weeks after taking them, I started to notice that I was very edgey, quickly irritated, and having mood swings--very similar to PMS, but I was not even close to that point. I then forgot [as we all do] to take my vitamins and the edginess went away. But then, when I remembered to take the vitamins, the irritation and short temper came back. This time I was paying attention and noticed that I just didn't "feel right" in my body. Upon some research I discovered that each vitamin company uses different fillers in their vitamins and that you could have a physical reaction to them. I stopped taking those vitamins and switched to another brand and...
...

I used to take folic acid, zinc, iron, calcium, etc. because I couldn't find a multivitamin I liked. Then I found One-a-Day, and it has everything plus extra nutrients for bone and breast health. It also has all the same ingredients as prenatal vitamins (or most of the prenatals I am familiar with), so I know that I'm covered if we get pregnant sooner than planned.

Some of the drawbacks are that the pill is a little difficult to swallow for some people and sometimes One-a-Day can be pricier than store labels.

The best part about this mulitvitamin is that I didn't have to take Midol during my period for the first time ever! Because of the added Iron and other supplements, your menstrual cycle can be vastly improved.
...

I no longer was low in any of the things that I had been before & I actually felt better too. NOW I have to add, I also started using a few supplements like an extra C,an extra B & as Dr. Oz recommends a D & E. I just use a generic type for those, but the Women's One-A-Day formula started it all. It does help.I have more energy & just feel an all around sense of well being. ...
