i love this little gadget. what i like most about it is the built-in menu right on the camera which comes in handy when you need to consult the manual and you don't have to look for it. just click the menu button and there it is, it'll tell you what you need to know plus i love the self-timer also.

The Olympus FE-240 is a wonderful camera! I have had mine for some time now and I take it EVERYWHERE I go. I especially like the fact that with this camera, someone like me (who is not a professional photographer) can take a variety of beautiful pictures with great ease. It's Macro and Super Macro features allow a user to capture gorgeous (professional looking!) detail in close up shots. Furthermore, there are various settings such as Landscape, Portrait, Night and Portrait, Scene, Etc. which allow for great picture taking under differrent circumstances. YOU CAN EVEN SHOOT GOOD PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY VIDEOS WITH THIS BABY!!! Aaaaaaaaand, I also LOVE the fact that this camera's battery (included with purchase!) lasts a good while between chargings.

I would definately reccomend this camera to anyone who wants to take great pics without hassle or professional training.

Great Camera and value. I have had three different models of Olympus Cameras and have been extremely satisfied with all three. This model is the newest and best yet. Small camera, small price, big picture and high quality....

I received an Olympus FE240 digital camera for Christmas to replace my very first digital camera, an Olympus FE120. It's very similar to my new one, EZ to use and takes outstanding pictures. The self timer comes in great for taking photos with ME in them especially when taking group photos. I travel for a living and love being able to download the photos to my computer and send them via email. This camera also allows me to make changes like deleted redeye, or clearing up a blurry photo before saving it, something my older digital wasn't able to do. This new camera comes with a lithium battery or I can also use AAA batteries for which I had bought a rechargable AAA-AA battery piece when I realized my first camera went through AAA batteries like crazy.

I love Olympus cameras and especially as I dislike reading manuals, the cameras' ease of use and takes quite a lot of photos without a memory card. Oh yeah, this new digital camera allows me to save pictures in black and white...

This Olympus FE-240 Digital Camera is simple to operate and easy to use. It is truly point and shoot. Pictures are clear and sharp. Colors are amazing and realistic even indoors. Great for beginners or anyone tired of too many choices. There are few manual settings, this camera automatically takes care of almost everything for you. The zoom power is impressive for such a small and simple camera. The camera is small in size but has large easy to use controls. It will easily fit in most pockets. I found the shooting guide helpful for making better pictures. Good resolution, images sharp up to 8X10. Easy upload to computer with USB connectivity.

Good value. Lots of features. Great size. Anti- shake which is nice since you cant really brace the camera close to your eye. Which leads me to the
only negative - no view finder. This is fairly common with point and shoot digital cameras. I'm old fashioned, however. Really miss viewfinders....
