First, even though I was hopping on my good foot, they had me WALK to the back. Then it took forever to be seen and after being diagnosed with a very bad sprain, they made me use the crutches to leave. Never even offered me a wheelchair to be taken out of there with, even though there were plenty not in use, in plain sight. I will not go back there again!... I spent 7 days of which 3 were intensive care after emergency surgery and they treated me like I was home with a private nurse. Their kindness and exempliary care are none to surpass. This is my fourth serious surgery and 5th extensive hospital stay in as many hospitals but North Hills is the #1 in quality care in all aspects. My husband was in this hospital 7 yrs. ago and received the same quality care I did this yr.(2007) except it is exceptionally improved if at all possible. Would recommend to anyone ...
