I tried everything.  The only thing that worked is emailing them to my email account, but that costs extra money.  This phone however is very durable, and has pretty good connection.  I love that it has speaker phone.  I use this when I am trying to multi-task.... The menus are easy to navigate even my 2 kids 7 and 10 are able to figure them out. I'm sure this phone isn't for those really tech minded people but for those people needing a phone to make and receive call or to send text messasge this phone is great. I have never had a problem with battery life. I charge my phone maybe every 4 or 5 days but I am not a heavy user. Nokia is a great phone overall you can't go too wrong if you buy a Nokia....
