Anana17 says "I love it! An adventure game that isn't crazy hard!" about Nintendo Wii - Lego StarWars

I have never been a fan of adventure games. They are always too hard, since I am not a serious gamer, and I like playing with other people better than playing viedo games by myself. Nintendo Wii - Lego StarWars solves all my problems with adventure video games. The two player function of the game is awesome. Both players are equally involved in the play and there are usually many characters to choose from. One of the fun things about Nintendo Wii - Lego StarWars is that you often have to switch characters to move further through the level. For example, you might need to become R2D2 in order to open a door that only he can unlock. This adds another puzzel element to the game. Also, after you unlock more characters, you can go back through level you have already played and unlock new areas.

I like that you swing the Wii remote to use your light-saber and that you use the nunchuck to control the Jedi force. The best part about this game is that I rarely get stuck or frustrated. ...
...

Star Wars Lego for Wii is sooo much fun to play. Whether playing alone or with a friend, this game has great graphics, challenging puzzling, fun characters and all in all fun for the whole family.

Challenging enough for the expert gamer but easy enough for the small family member this game provides hours of fun. I am not very good at games myself but found this easy enough for me to play with my teen who whizzed though most games quickly. She especially liked the different characters you could choose from to play and the puzzles you had to solve. My littlest enjoyed helping out finding all the bricks and gems you need to collect.

All in all we have spent lots of money on games just to be disappointed in them but this game is that exception, it was fun, entertaining and a great addition to our collection. It was also fun to built the different ships by collections the traffic lights.

I recommend this game highly and think you will to!
...

Lego Star Wars:The complete Saga for Nintendo Wii is incredibly fun and addictive. IT isn't very challenging but it doesn't seem to matter. The additional controls don't add much to the game unless you feel like flailing wildly instead of pushing the button but sometimes that is great.

...

Lego starwars is very fun! It is not traditional because all of the animation looks like legos! it is a lego world, you can build things and earn points. The stories are just like the movies! It is a multi player game so that you can play together!...

I loved Lego Star Wars on PS2. When it came out on the Wii [as the Complete Saga, no less] I had to get it. I was not disappointed. The controls of the Wii are fairly easy to quickly master the movements. The "controller" may be a little hard to get used to, but you will eventually. That is the only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars.

This game is fun for all ages. It is especially fun for Star Wars fans. It is funny and unique, and contains so many secrets, different options, and things to collect that there is endless entertainment. I am 23 years old and I love this game. So does my 28 year old exboyfriend and my 7 year old nephew. All ages can appreciate and master this game. It is rated E 10+.

Another thing I like about it is that in the scenes where you must drive a vehicle, they make it very simple for you to manuever so that horribly bad crashes are softened. They are fun to drive, fly, and hoover.

Lego Star Wars: The Complete Sage for the Nintendo Wii
...

To say that my two boys are obessesed with Star Wars is an understatement! They love the movies and love playing with the toys. When we saw that Wii had a Legos Star Wars game, we were all over it. Needless to say, it is the only game that they play- they love it! It is amazing how closely it follows all of the movies, it is fun to go back and watch the movies after playing the game. I also love it because it is a pretty non-violent game. Although as a Jedi you are using your lightsaber to take down your opponent, the worst that you see are their legos head and arms falling off. There is no blood and guts like other video games geared towards kids. Being a huge Star Wars fan myself, it allows the whole family to play together and relive our favorite episodes.
...

WOW, this game is awesome. If you are a Star Wars fan and have not played it - you are missing out. It takes you through all 6 movies from beginning to end. The best part about this, is it a game for all ages. Yes, characters die, just like in the movies but its legos falling to pieces so its harmless. Plus, you can always go back to levels in freeplay mode and find new things. The creators of this game are so clever. When you play, just break apart everything on the screen and use the force on anything that glows. There are hidden things everywhere.

One complaint - I wish this was a 4 player game.
...

The Lego Starwars games are a great choice for the whole family. Older players tend to enjoy the connection to the Star Wars movies, while younger players enjoy to the tie in to the Legos theme.

Two player gameplay is especially fun for siblings since nobody has to wait a turn.
...

Megs530 says "Who hasn't wanted to wield their own lego lightsaber?" about Nintendo Wii - Lego StarWars

This 1 or 2 player game lets you play through all 6 sagas of the Star Wars series simultaneously, so if you get stuck on one level in one you can play a different saga for a change of pace. The graphics are great--all lego--and there are lots of hidden features beyond the basic levels to keep you coming back for more. In the initial play, your character is selected automatically according to the original Star Wars script, but you can switch back and forth between all characters on the level as needed. For instance, the jedi use the force to move and assemble objects, but don't have guns and it can be easier to fight as Luke or Leah. R2D2 or C3PO can't defend themselves, but are needed to open gates or work electronics--just like in the original series. After the saga is complete, it can be accessed by any unlocked character--including Darth Vader, Darth Maul, Palpatine, Ewoks...

For those who worry about its appropriateness for young kids, there is no graphic violence--hitting......
