I only have one problem with this digital camera. I bought it for a vacation and while I was there it kept acting crazy. Sometimes it wouldn't even turn on (the batteries were new). Every other time I've used it before and after this trip it worked fine. The pictures usually turn out really great and It's small and convenient so I still like it, though....

I went in with a camera my brother gave me. It had all the screws missing and the memory card didn't work. So I found out that they don't make the memory card I needed and it was going to cost at min. $65 bucks to fix it.

This sad little story led me to one of my new best friends. This camera is easy to use, compact and totally worth the $100 (sale price.) It is light and has a very handy menu that is easy to read and work through. It even has a help option right on the camera. See something on the menu you don't know...just chose the question mark and it tells you what it is. I don't use this option but I know that with beginners it would be helpful. It is a scrapbookers DREAM!

Was very pleased with the pictures I was able to take at the Special Olympics program I attended. I had clear crisp clean action shots that even showed the hair flying around in the air without blur. I wish I was able to share some of these shots but due to confidentiality of my students...

I bought this camera for my husband for Valentine's Day. He loves it. He loves all of the camera options. The has a good amount of internal memory. I also bought him a 1Gb card but he hasn't used it yet.

I am not the most tech savvy person, but I can work this camera without the help of a personal trainer! The pictures are very clear and sharp. It has image stabilization that keeps the photos from looking fuzzy - like some other cameras I've tried. The other positive note is that it lasts a long time on one pair of AA batteries. My daughter bought a different brand and is constantly having to put in new batteries. For around $100 this is, in my opinion, the best camera ever!...

I liked this camera. Its very slim and light weight. Picture quality is also good. Its very easy to use. But one thing this camera lacks is ability to take picture in night with only flash or even if we want to take pictures of lights outside in night they are hazy. One more thing it don't take good picture when u r moving like when u r in car or so. Still good one. I will recoomend it for daily use but its not so good if you have hobby of professional or very high quality photography. Being a brand name and for the price its worth....

I received the Nikon Colorpic 11 digital camera for Christmas. It takes
real clear pictures. Seems the batteries were short lived. I think after
around 150 pictures it was stating the batteries needed to be replaced.
I really like the different settings available for picture taking....

The Nikon Coolpix L11 is a decent camera at the low end of the pricing spectrum. It offers many features common on more expensive models, though it tends to be slow to reset between pictures and has trouble focusing for close-range photography. If you need a camera to take with you while traveling or partying, the low cost of this camera makes it ideal, while providing good quality images and video.

The camera is compact, approximately 3" tall, 1" deep, and 4.5" long. It features a 2.5"x1.5" LCD screen with reasonable image quality, but has no viewfinder. It has many options for photography, including many preset "scenes" such as Face-Priority Autofocus, Portrait, Landscape, Sports, Night Portrait, Party/indoor, Beach/snow, Sunset, Dusk/dawn, Night landscape, Close up, Museum, and Fireworks show. Each "scene" sets the shutter speed, flash, and ISO.

If you are looking for a top quality digital camera, this is not the camera for you. If you are looking for a good value with reasonable...

I bought the Nikon L11 for a tech-unsavvy friend. She needed a point and shoot model that would be exceeding simple to use. After playing around with it myself for a few days before giving it to her, I am thoroughly impressed.

The most important aspect of the camera for my purposes is its ease of use, and in this area, the L11 excels. Turn it on, point, focus, click. Reviewing and deleting pictures is easy as well.

The picture quality is outstanding. I've printed beautiful 4x6 and 8x10 prints from this camera. There are no noticable defects in the pictures it takes.

My only gripe with the camera is that there is no optical viewfinder. Though that is a negative for me, I believe it may actually be a positive for my friend, as it means one fewer option! The LCD is nicely visible even in sunny outdoor situations....

After 2 expensive, yet poor quality, digital cameras I finally did a lot of research and came across this one. I could not be more pleased. We have had it almost a year and it is the best camera I have ever had. It takes very good quality photos, is easy to connect to my computer (just insert the memory card into the computer), is quick and very easy. It also has quit a few extra features. For instance, you can change your picture color to a sepia or blue (cyantype) and other "colors". All the features on the camera are easy and fun to use. You can also record videos and play them back...those too are of good quality and you can hear the sound! My favorite thing about this camera is that even if something is moving you can still capture it and it won't be fuzzy, it will look as if the item in the picture was still the entire time...that is really great when you have kids!

The camera can fit in your hand nicely, but isn't so small you will loose it! The battery life is pretty...

The nikon Coolpix L11 is an great camera for starters and veterans alike. It is very reasonably priced. 7 megapixels is more than enough for most people, with a 3x optical zoom. Shutterspeed is ok, can change from single shot to burst, plenty of different shooting modes. You can also do on screen cropping. One major con is the fact that it uses AA batteries, i would suggest using Lithium or rechargeable batteries. But overall a good camera....

I purchaed the Nikon L11 a few months ago and absolutely love it. The best part of the camera is the size, it is very small yet the screen is quite big compared to many other digital cameras. The camera has a variety of specialty settings which is good, but also bad in a way. Sometimes a more limited choice is a good idea. I often forget which setting is best to use in certain circumstances and have to pull out the manual for some tips. There is quite a bit to learn, so I find it a good idea to review the manual periodically. The quality of the pictures is quite good, but it can take some time and changes in the zoom level to get a green light, meaning the camera is in focus. If you snap the picture on a red light, you can bet it will be fuzzy. The price on the camera was great and overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase....

This little camera packs a punch. It takes very clear pictures and videos and can still fit into your pocket. The L11 also has a number of color choices, including sepia (my favorite for old fashioned landscapes and scenery) and black and white. The only problem I seem to have is that when zooming, the autofocus doesn't ever focus. Fortunately, the clarity is good enough where I can enlarge the photos on the computer without losing the quality and then crop off what I don't want.

All in all, this is a great take-anywhere camera....
