I really liked using this product for getting my eye makeup off. I like that it's oil-free and that it easily removes almost all eye makeup. It washes off easily and doesn't sting eyes (although sometimes it can sting a little if a lot gets in your eye). I like that you just apply it to a cotton ball and that it quickly removes my eye makeup. I haven't had any problems with it leaving a nasty residue on my eyes or smudging in the morning. For the most part it takes all my eye makeup off.

I recently ran out of the Neutrogena Make Up Remover and being short of money tried the CVS brand, didn't work, took it back tried the Target brand, didn't work, took it back, bought the Neutrogena!

I just works! I use waterproof mascara because I have contact lenses and it comes off easily and completely with one cotton ball.

Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover Works! It is gentle on the skin and removes mascara and eye liner very efficiently without pressure use. Dab a cotton ball and swipe off the makeup and it is gone. You can rinse your face off afterwards but not necessary...the remover leaves the face feeling smooth. Great price as well and offered in any local drug store. I have sensitive skin and this makeup does not do any damage to my skin. I also have acne and find it non greasy and easy to use. It is oily but does not leave your face feeling oily. It is affordable and fragance free. I have used many department store makeup remover which is very expensive and find that Neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover works just as good and often better. Give it a shot and you will love it and be pleased with the product. Besides, Neutrogena is a great company and works for all skin types.

The eye-makeup remover by neutrogena is decent but yet unimpressive. I used it for a long time and it continuously left smudges under my eyes when I would wake up in the morning. Since I did not want to go through a bottle every couple of weeks I have since searched for alternative ways to remove my eye makeup and have settled on baby oil. Works wonderful and is so much cheaper.

When looking at skin products, I always make sure mine are oil-free. I am prone to breakouts, and I know I can trust Neutrogena to make great oil-free products. This Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover works great. I either dip in a Q-tip, or pour it on a cotton ball or cotton pad.

Be sure to shake this before using. Takes off my waterproof mascara pretty well. That's all I use it for. It ran down my face so I took some toilet paper and wiped it off. On my way to school my face felt like it was hardening. I look in the mirror and the make-up remover left this yucky residue on my face. I was unprepared so I had to use my spit to remove it! GROSS Just please be sure to wet a towel or something to wipe off the excess. Proud to say this item is tear free though.

It worked amazing! The makeup remover didnt leave any redness and it didnt cause my eyes to tear. My skin is at times oily and then at other times very dry. I use a lot of products and this is by far the best for removing makeup in one swipe. I used it to take off my halloween makeup and we all know how hard that stuff is to remove. and I love this makeup remover!

It really works well

and it cleary erased my eye makeup stuff

Some of the other product that I used for my eye makeup remover did not work well

but this one!

I have been using this cleanser for years and I highly recommend it for sensitive skin. It removes all of the makeup with ease and does not irritate my skin.

I use pigments and the professional series from MAC. These are hard to remove products at times and their deep pigments really can stick. With this remover however, everything comes off with ultimate ease and NO irritation.

Highly Recommend!
