I have had nexflex for quiet a while now and love it I can get a movie with out having to rush to the video store and hope the movie i want to see is there .they have different plans that you can pick from rent one or two or more movies at a time and keep them as long as you need to If you dont get to watch it one weekend you can watch it the nexted and not have to rerent it or any late fees because you did not get it back in time my monthly fee comes out of my account every month I dont need to worry about missing a payment as you send the movies back in the envelope they provide they will send the next one on your list to you it take at least 2 days to get as soon as the post office scans it in netflex knows and sends the nexted one to you.. You can also give netflex as a gift to someone you pay for them month they get the movies if your friends or family like it they can join and you can trade movies with them. it is cheaper than block buster was .
...

BenjiStout says "if your looking for value go for netflix" about Netflix

now this is a high quality company. I usually recieve my movies within 1 day and the online service with over 40,000 movies is phenominal. I personally think the online feature is the best feature. For those of you with an Xbox 360 or a child that has one it can send from your comp to the game system the movies and you can watch them on the tv. All this for just 8.99 a month thats for the one out at a time plan and unlimited online viewing of the ever changing online system. now to me thats cheaper than renting and with the average person having a game system and a computer in their house anymore this is like a steal. I suggest everyone join you wont regret it .
...

misskarin323 says "Great service if you don't mind waiting for new release movies" about Netflix

I have been a subscriber of Netflx for about 4 years now. And I finally have completely given up on them. Half of the time, their new release movies are on "long" or "very long wait" and you don't receive them for a month or so. To me, that is poor service. They should expect a high demand of new release movies, and order more copies to keep members satisfied.

Other than that, I have never had any other problems with using the Netflix service. Their prices are reasonable, and movies are shipped/received quickly. (unless it a new release movie).

I just recenly switched to Blockbuster online. Same type of service, same price. Only difference is I am now receiving new release movies as soon as they come out. Bye Bye Netflix, forever!!
...

scarywoodwitch says "Break Up With Your Cable box, Get Netflix!" about Netflix

I participated in a trial membership of Netflix. I didn't realize all you get in comparison to comparable programs. Its $8.99 a month for a video at a time, so pretty much every other day, sometimes sooner, sometimes longer depending on how quickly the mail gets picked up and delivered. In addition to this, which would be enough for me, you can watch unlimited movies on demand via your computer. There is the option of a box to plug into your tv that costs $100 one time and you get to keep it forever, you would then have that on tv included in your $8.99 rate. But aside from that, which is enough for me, you get unlimited on demand videos on your computer every day all day if you want, as many as you like and a video by mail as much as you want, one at a time. You can queue videos and they will just come in succession in the mail. If they become available on demand, everything is not, but many films are, you can delete, and change the queue and watch it online. There are...
...

RealSup says "We love this website service!" about Netflix

We started using NetFlix several years ago. We were tired of paying late fees when the kids failed to return their movies. So, we closed out our accounts at the local video shops and went strictly with Netflix. When we had kids still living at home we rented more movies a month, but now that they're all off doing their thing we've cut back. We like that we can download movies to the computer, too; however, the selection is pretty lame. You really need to look to find one worth watching. They're either way old or they're not familiar. On the not-familiar side we have watched a couple that were unexpectedly quite entertaining. My husband and I take turns each week picking the next movie that we'll watch. That way everyone gets to watch what they like. We've had no problem getting new releases. The turn-around time is awesome. In 4 years we've only gotten one movie disc that wasn't playable.
...

I have to say if you are looking for a great deal in video rentals Netflix is the company you want to deal with. They have the largest selection in titles and if you are lucky to have a Tivo HD Box or Rouku box you can watch movies instantly like I do, and the quality is very good depending if you have a wired internet connection as wireless is very slow. If you had to pick between Netflix and Blockbuster go with Netflix. they have all types of rental plans for your lifestyle. The delivery is fast and easy as well.
...

i'm writing a review for netflix movie delivery service. netflix is so fast i always get my movies almost the next day and i always get an email saying they got mine sent back the next day. i'm surprised more of their DVDs don't' get broken in half in those envelopes. i only have three complaints about netflix. the first is i think they should also have it so you can request games too. second i think they kind of rip you off on the whole you can watch movies instantly online as well. they is a very limited amount of those and they aren't the best movies in the world. thirdly i have had a lot of trouble with getting scratched DVDs from them which is extremely annoying. i wasn't even able to watch the second schindler's list i requested and if i hadn't already seen it i would really have been left hanging. i think it is an amazing idea but could be even greater. i am also surprised they have been able to keep this service so cheap.
...

Apatton says "A must use for movie lovers" about Netflix

I started using Netflix years ago and love it more today than when I first started. I love watching movies but with kids, the only time we go to the movies is when it is a kids show. I was having a hard time seeing the movies I wanted because it was hard to get to the video store and when I got there, I forgot what movies I wanted to see. With Netflix it is so easy. Whenever I see a movie I want to see, I just put it on my list of movies I want to see and it goes into my saved queue. When the movie is available on DVD, it goes into my available movies. I usually have 100+ movies in my queue so I always have a wide selection of movies to choose from. The service is fast also. I mail a movie back on Monday, they get it Tuesday and my next movie is in my mailbox on Wednesday. Very efficient. The few times there were problems with the service or a movie was shipped from a farther location getting to me days later, Netflix took the initiative to send an email telling me...
...

grosjacques1 says "netflix is cheaper than renting" about Netflix

Netflix I have used twice now, I was a member before the company I worked for closed it's doors. due to needing to budget more I canceled and just restarted it a month ago. On the down side the price has gone up a bit but it is still less than renting is anymore. At the price of renting you might as well buy a movie instead. But who wants to purchase a movie they haven't seen and don't know if they would want it or not. Thats where netflix comes in, it's lists are great, choose the movies you would like to watch and add them to your queue list, you'll recieve the movies on your queue in the sequence you desire to see them in. once you return a movie the next is on it's way and shipping only takes about a day to receive them and to return them. no cost extra for shipping which is great, having one fee a month is nice. If you have used them before and are signing up with them again keep in mind they will not allow you to have another trial, so be careful, sometimes when resigning up they...
...

Irenia1900 says "Very Convenient." about Netflix

My boyfriend and I love blockbuster nights and whole days. We live in Florida so there are a lot of rainy days filled with nothing to do. We are both big fans of Netflix specially since we are both Dexter and The Tudors fanatics. We like that we can set up entire seasons of our favorite shows and they are sent to us every couple of days. Right now we get one movie at a time because we don't really have time to watch more than that at a time but we look forward to receiving them. We have never had any problems with the DVD's being scratched or broken. They always get my order right and if I ever do have a problem I can easily correct it on their site. I also like it because I can catch up on all the shows and movies I have missed over the years because of work or other engagements. Needless to say I am extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend it to anyone.
...

Netflix is the best thing since sliced bread. Now that I have it I can not see how I lived without it!

Netflix is an online movie store. You can rent movies/blu ray discs or you can watch movies instantly to your TV or computer. You choose a play that is right for you and each month you are charged that amount. There is a total of 5 different plans you can choose from:

Limited:

$4.99- rent 2 movies a month (one at a time) you can watch 2 hours on your computer but not your TV, doesn't include Starz Play

Unlimited:

$8.99- unlimited dvds (one at a time) watch unlimited hours on your computer or TV, includes Starz Play

Netflix is the best! I don't know how I ever lived without it. I love movies but I don't have time to watch them very often. So, if I rented one at our local movie rental place and then didn't get around to watching it then I had to pay late fees. Not to mention the aggervation of driving there, searching for the movie, hoping they had the one you wanted, if not finding a different one that would be good enough, etc. etc. You get the point. Anyway, with Netflix I pay one flat rate per month and get as many as I have time to watch. My list has never been under 150 movies. I will watch the dvds and my long list will start decreasing, then I'll end up adding more. I have had a few dvds that were damaged. One was broke right down the middle. Not just cracked, but totally in two pieces! Only a couple have not played at all. A few have had spots where they get stuck. But Netflix has always sent replacements quickly. I also like that you can watch some of the movies...
...

Netflix makes it easy to order movies from the convenience of your own home. You get all your favorite movies without the inconvenience of having to drive to the video store just to find that the movie that you want is out of stock. It is easy to locate movies and television series that you want to watch with Netflix's Search option. Build your que; then they will send you the next movie on your list. You can even instantly watch some movies on your computer; then you do not have to wait 2 day to receive the next movie. It is great not having to worry when movies are due. Netflix makes late fees a thing of the past.

In the rare event that you get a scratch movie, you can report the problem online and Netflix will ship you out a replacement video in 24 hours.
...
