The Router its self was easy to set up. Take it out of the box pug in the Cable Modem into it and any wired (up to four). We had to call the Cable Company(Comcast) to give them the MAC Number. Had trouble getting the people in India to understand the MAC Number.

I do recommend you use the 15 character password to lock down the router to keep the honest people out of you Home Network. I someone, a Hacker, wants to get into your system, they will.

The router is located in the basement but puts out a strong enough signal to use a laptop in the back yard. This is in a house that most cell phones don't work, we get two radio stations, you get the idea! This is called "Radio Free Newark", because radio signal disappear.

The router has blue lights(Sexy Blue Lights(SBL) as the sales person described them)That shows how the sign is rotating for better sign distribution. I don't know if they are anything but show, but we get a good sign throughout the house.

I recommend purchasing...
...

My Netgear Rangemax wireless router has made the world of difference in my work as a website designer. Even with a laptop I used to be tied to my desk in the living room, but now I can escape to the solitude of another room when I need to concentrate, into the family room with the kids when the work is semi-automatic and I can let my mind wander, or out into the garden on a nice day. All the time the internet is right there where I need it. It has made a very positive change to my day to day life.
...
