The Nesco Roaster is a handy little gadget to have around the house! Cooks FAST! I like the item because it is very mobile and is not too expensive to own. I have been using it now for three months and would reccommend it to any and all. The item has a little LED indicator on it which seems to come in handy for me. I also like how the lenth of the electrical cord is just long enough for me to use! Overall a really great product, especially for people who live on their own like me....

I have been researching roaster ovens for my daughter. After reading alot of reviews, I decided to buy her a Nesco Roaster for Christmas. I am excited to see how she will like cooking with this oven -- I might even buy one for myself!...

First it roasts and let me tell you, My Nesco can roast a chicken like Mom used to. Moist, tender and crispy skin and the flavor is unreal not to mention the smell.
