I battle sinus problems constantly (colds, post nasal drip, infections, allergies)! After several visits with my Allergist, she gave me a NeilMed kit to try. She explained how it worked and although I was skeptical and not happy about the process, it worked wonders!

I would never have believed an over the counter product could reduce my sinus problems so significantly. It is not something I would have given a second look if I had been in drug store, but since my doctor gave it to me, I was willing. I raved about the improvements to my sinuses so much that my husband decided to give it a try as well. We are both avid users now!

Definately a good value. The little refill packets come in a variety of differently sized boxes. We buy in bulk since we are both users. Since starting this product I have stopped using nearly all other over the counter cold/allergy/decongestant products.

It takes some practice at first (to squirt the liqued in your nostrils), but is quick and easy once you get the...

This stuff really, really works wonders, with me being a skeptic at heart, and not to mention I hate anything in my nose. but my daughter got this for the first time from the Doctor about 2years ago and she loved it ,so I finally tried it, not only on myself but on my 5 yr. old as well for the first time last night and then again this morning, so needless to say I am a believer now. We are no longer miserable, this is FANTASTIC!!!!

I bought a NeilMed Sinus rinse kit a year ago after suffering for months with chronic sinus troubles. After using the rinse for only a few days, my sinuses completely cleared, and I haven't had a sinus infection since then! I'd definitely recommend this product. It's also great during cold & flu season- after exposure to someone who's sick, just rinse your nose and you'll reduce your chances of getting sick. This works; trust me, I work in a public library and am exposed to SO many germs. Since rinsing frequently I get far fewer colds. Be aware that if you get nosebleeds regularily, you shouldn't use this product. My nose had been bleeding slightly on and off for weeks (due to seasonal changes) and I decided to use the rinse to heal whatever is inside- bad idea- blood poured out. But if you're not one who gets frequent nosebleeds, definitely try this product!!!!!!!!!

This Neilmed Sinus Rinse does a great job of flushing out the sinuses and it's easy to use. However, the "Ask Dr. Mehta" portion of their web site where you can post a question and get a response is useless. I asked a question 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up. The last time the question and answer page was updated was over 6 weeks ago.

I just started useing the NeilMed Sinus Rinse about a week ago at the suggestion of my sister. I have tried other nasel rinses before and was not real impressed. My allergies had been bothering me for two whole weeks. All the time I was taking allergy medication. None of it was working. I couldnt breethe and had bad sinus headaches. Nothing was working. My siser suggested the NeilMed Sinus Rinse. The first time I used it I could really feel the differense. It was amazing what one use did. I am sold on the product. I now use it on a daily basis.

I purchased the NeilMed Sinus Rinse when I saw it in the store (Rite Aid). I am always looking for ways to help me with my sinuses. I have used this product for over a month and I have to say that it really helps, but only if you use it every day. I found that using it for 3 days cleared me up but when I stopped my sinuses clogged right back up and actually felt worse than when I had started. I would recommend this product to anyone who is going to use it religeously everyday without fail.

I started using the NeilMed Sinus Rinse system about 3 years ago. It really does clean out your sinus passages so that bacteria won't form and start a sinus infection. I use their squeeze irrigation bottle with a packet of their rinse solution every morning. They also have a Nettipot which I've never used. You get used to squirting the solution up each nostril after a couple of uses. Make sure you use warm (not hot or cold) water and shake up the bottle for several seconds after you pour the packet into.

The NeilMed Sinus rinse is amazing, I had my doubts at first, it seems kind of icky, but I tried it anyway. Several of my friends had tried it and suggested it, I am so glad I did.

I use it after mowing or working outside and it works wonders. Use to I would have to take a Benadryl before going out and then fight the drowsiness that I always get from taking it and then I would still suffer afterwards.

I have recommended this to my sister, she has terrible allergy/sinus problems. I would highly recommend it to anyone, it is super easy to use and it seems safer to me than taking allergy/sinus medicines before and after working outside.

I researched sinus rinses on the internet before using, and there are lots of great reviews out there.

I have only been using NeilMed Sinus Rinse for about a year, I can't believe I hadn't tried it before, but It just seemed weird to me. I wish that I had tried it sooner, it would have stopped many seasons of suffering for me.

I have really bad allergies and used to get the worst sinus infections. I saw an allergist and an ear nose and throat specialist after years of sinus infections and lots of antibiotics that never seemed to work very well to clear them up. They all recommended this NeilMed Sinus Rinse. Now I use it everyday and I don't get sinus infections anymore. It even helps me avoid getting colds, and when I do get them, I get over colds much faster because of using this. One packet of the salt solution restores your normal ph balance so you can actually use 1 1/2 packets every once in a while if you get really clogged up to kill any bacteria and get your sinuses cleaned out. I highly recommend this product! I have bought it for several friends and family members. Took a little getting used to at the beginning, and I got it in my throat once or twice until I figured out how not to, but I would say FOR SURE the easiest way I've found to use it is every morning in the shower... less messy and you're...

I liked this product because it's not rocket science. A couple of years ago a co-worker gave me a "neti pot" (a ceramic pot, that looks like the genie's lamp) & she told me that I had to warm water up at a certain temperature, then add a special salt & continue with the nose wash procedure. I followed all the insturctions & it was a mess! The water was too warm, there was too much salt at first, then the water spilled everywere - it was just horrible! I wasn't doing it right & it even made my sinuses worse, so I stopped doing it. A couple of years down the line, my doctor suggested the NeilMed Sinus Rinse & when I told her the bad experience I had, she asked that I give it a try & that everything is already prepared & much easier to apply. My sinuses were so bad, I got the courage to try it, abd I was soooooooooo glad I did. It was simple, fast & it made me feel the difference right away - nothing like my previouse experience. But I have to admit that it still feels funny when you're doing...

NeilMed Sinus Rinse is an awesome product. I had sinus surgery two years ago and have been using this product because my ENT recommended it. It really works well and allows me to breathe easy. It is very economical and easy to use. You just run some warm water in the bottle. There is a fill line to show you how high. Then you open the little packet and pour it in the warm water. Shake it up. Then you just need to tilt you head and squirt the solution into your nasal passages. The first time you use it the feeling is a little strange, but it provides immediate releif! You can get it at any pharmacy. I even get it at the grocery store.
