The Nautilus Schwinn 418 Elliptical Trainer is the best peice of workout equipment that I own. I have bad knees and I can do a full 45 minute workout and still be able to walk afterwards without pain. The elliptical is very smooth in its motion. There are multiple levels of resistance for the perfect workout. It is a very sturdy machine. The platform where you place your feet is wide enough where I never feel like I am going to fall off. It has wheels which allows for the peice of equipment to be easily moved within the room. The Nautilus Schwinn 418 Elliptical Trainer allows me to target hard to deal with areas of my body like my upper legs and butt. The timer panel is user friendly which allows you to monitor your distance and speed. There is also a option to monitor your heartrate. I would absolutly recomend this peice of equipment to anyone who wants to get a good cardio workout!

This is a great entry level machine, if you don't want to spend 3500+ on a precor, you should look at the schwinn line. I have been happy with the results from the machine and would recommend it. I bought this one to see if I would use it and then will upgrade in a few years if needed....

I think this eliptical is great. It has low impact and saves on my knees. My knees feel better using this than any other. It is very quiet. It is great because I can watch telivision while I use it. Even my mom loves it!! It is cheap and you get a better quality than you pay for. I really liked the calorie counter. I think it is of great quality. My dad who is 380 lbs uses it reguarly and he loves it too!...

With an elliptical mashine you train your arms as well as your legs. It is very exhausting to use, wich means that it´s a good mashine. Perfect for warming up and staying in good shape. It comes with many difficultylevels so that it is suitable for anyone.

We bought this for Christmas, and just love it. It's so quiet I can use it and not disturb the others in the room. It is very easy to watch tv or listen to the radio at the same time. The action is very smooth, though at the lowest setting it has more resistance than the machine I use at the gym. The built-in heart monitor works fine so I was able to use that to figure out what settings worked for me. We did have to re-tighten up one particular bolt a couple of times, but otherwise the assembly went very smoothly and was pretty easy.
It is on rollers, and I was able to move it by myself from one part of the house to another. Still, it is very sturdy and does not feel shaky when I use it (and I am VERY heavy).
This is a great machine and worth the money.

I purchased this from Sears after looking around for sometime. It was fine till its start making a funny noise then it was erratic well using it. NOw I am stuck with it and there is nothing I can do. I am buying a treadmill!...

I purchased the elliptical because it was recommended by a rehab therapist. He was right. It is smooth and gives a great workout. The construction is great and I should have years of worry free use. Quiet running and takes up very little space....

I used to use this machine at my old gym! Now i switched gyms and they have a different type of elipticals and i miss the Nautilus! Good work out!!!...

I bought this product on amazon.com about 5 months ago. The shipment arrived promptly and I had to schedule a date and time for delivery as they will not leave it unsigned in front of the house. Took me about 2 hours or so (working by myself) to put this together. Instructions are fairly simple and comes with all the required tools.

Since the day I put it together, I have been using this for atleast 40 mins per day, 4 times a week. It is a great product and is pretty effective, I could feel the difference in my lower body in about 2 weeks or so. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I have used the more expensive, club quality precor elliptical trainers (@ $3000.00) and have found this much more better and effective. The only drawback would be the calorie counter and the distance/speed counter (this is a common issue with most equipment including treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals, stair climbers, and all). Deducting 25% from the calorie counter will give a much more accurate measure......
