I have been taking Nature's Own fish oil pills for about three months now. I can tell a difference in my mood. some fish oil pills taste fishy and have an after taste. I haven't noticed that with the nature's own brand.

I have read fish oil pills can be good for a variety of problems. My mother and I also take Nature's own fish oil supplements because we think they have anti inflammatory properties. My mother and i both have plantar fascilitus. I have been able to go off prescription pain killers.

Overall, i'm feeling better and my skin looks better. I think Nature's Own is affordable and trustworthy. And i find these pills easy to tolerate. The only downside is that store brands are cheaper, but I am more likely to take nature's own because I can tolerate the taste. I also feel comfortable with this brand because it appears to be all natural and I have heard good things from other consumers.

Nature's Plus Vitamin maybe a little more expense than the other vitamins but, you can be sure that all you are taking is the vitamin and no additives.

I am a health freak. I like to take care of myself the best I can. I train a lot run a lot and my body needs good vitamins. I always wanted to find a multivitamin that will have all or at least most of the stuff I need. I tried many different brands: centrum alive and others. All the multivamines I've tried had either bad taste or did absolutely nothing for me. I wanted a multivitamin that I could feel the effect. One of my friends that is a high school athlete said that he takes Nature's Plus Source of Life Vitamins and it gives him extra bost of energy. So I said why not what do I have to lose. So I bought this multivitamine and the effect was so obvious that my whole houshold saw the difference righ the way. I could'n beliebe the difference. The mornings are the worst for me I always feel sleepy and slugish but not after taking this. I have bought Nature's Plus Source of Life Vitamins for many years. I am a firm believer in taking vitamins. I buy this brand, cause there is a store in the area here, that offers them as buy one get one free. In this economy that is a great deal. So I have used many types of vitamin b, as well as vitamin e. I have also used black cohosh, and evening primrose. I did not care for how the last 2 made me feel. But the vitamin e was a life saver. I was going through menopause, and it helped me not to have night sweats, nor hot flashes. But as far as vitamin b goes, I can tell the difference if I do not take them, mentally. I am very grateful for these vitamins. As someone else said, I feel they have saved my life as well. i will never be without these vitamins. They have helped to make my system be on an even keel. Kept me in balance, emotionally as well as physically. I recommend them to anyone. For health's sake they are worth the money spent.

I am the picture of health - I make very good choices when eating, I am athletic and slender. My doctor did an annual CBC plus cholesterol as I was approaching 40 years old. He called the following day to tell me I was anemic and I had high cholesterol. He suggested taking a daily vitamin and omega 3s.

I immediately went to the pharmacy and asked which one the pharmacist recommended. She said Nature's Plus Source of Life Vitamins. I have never cared for taking any type of supplements so it was a big decision. She also recommended I pick up some Nature's - Flax Seed Oil. I do not particularly care for the fish "burp" that comes with fish oil.

I have been on these products for a1.5 years and I have never felt better. My cholesterol is under control as I was already on a low-fat diet. My cholesterol was due to genetics and the flax seed oil helped like nothing else. Most importantly, the vitamins gave me energy like I had not had in some time. The Nature's Plus Source of Life vitamin product gave me immediate energy. The pills are big but they are excellent vitamins. I will not use any other vitamin in the future. I had a friend that recomended the product to me and I felt more energy after the first dose. The product is a little expensive but I feel the product is worth the extra expense.

Even though I think hte pills are kind of big, they easily go through my throat with a large, cold glass of water. THe pills are tasteless, so they are good, as long as you don't pop the capsule.

There are many vitamins, many of them essential to your health, included in these pills. I take one eveyr day before eating dinner, and it has become a habit for me. This pills are not that expensive.

And the good thing it that Nature's has this program where you can type in the codes on the side of the bottle onto their website and then you can get points. With these points, you can use them towards rewards, such as coupons for future purchases of Nature's pills or CDs or food bars.

I absolutely love Soure of Life Vitamins. I was always fatigued and my nails and hair didn't grow. In fact, my hair was faliing out and fast. These are great for you. Vitamins are a must. You can take three of these a day if you so desire. I really beleive that they are great and make you feel awake and alive during the day. you will feel livelier than usually and probably feel like you should have been all along. Try them out and i think you will feel the difference. I think that they also work well to keep you healthy and keep your immune system up, fighting of colds and other germs that you come in contact with .
