I think Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread is absolutely excellent. It tastes great and it stays together - not like some of the breads. It's great for Weight Watchers because with all the fiber, it is only one point for 2 slices. Yeah to Natur's Own.
...

I recently tried this and only because I had a coupon and it was cheaper with the coupon then my typical white bread (I usualy only buy white bread because with the econy now it costs so much less then any other kind of bread) I was so shocked at the taste,I also really thought my kids would hate it but they really enjoyed it.I found that as a snack I would eat this or wheat thins and I feel the pounds coming off without even triing! This natures own is definitly a great new product that I suggest anyone try!...

SaintBernardMom says "Natures Own Double Fiber - Delicious and Nutritious " about Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat

Natures Own is not only Nutritious but also a very nutritious bread. I have been eating this bread for almost a month and look forward every morning to my toast and jelly (makes excellent toast) I know that I am doing something good for my body. All that fiber is a big plus. Most Americans do not get enough fiber in their diets and this would be an excellent bread to replace that nasty white goo most people eat....

I am a huge bread lover, but I also try to get the healthiest ingredients in each loaf, so Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat is the perfect answer. I bought a loaf on sale for $2.50 and each slice was light and airy and full of fiber. This bread actually has twice the amount of fiber as regular bread. I loved the light wheat flavor and it is perfect for toasting and hearty enough for a tough peanut butter spread or a soft jam or jelly. Each slice is just 50 calories and is low and fat with no cholesterol. For those looking for extra nutrients, each slice has omega 3s and no preservatives. This is definitely a great choice for bread lovers and because it has extra fiber, it keeps you fuller longer....

slgerman says "Outstanding!!!" about Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat

This is the best bread. It has a good taste and texture. It his an excellent source of fiber and makes it easier for me to have a sandwich without jacking my sugar levels through the roof. It is a bit harder to find than some of the other low carb or high fiber breads, but it is also less expensive. It is worth the price and the "hunt". They have really done a good job on this one!...

What would life be without bread? I shudder to think. I love bread. There was a time I could eat all of it I cared to and still not gain an ounce. They call this Graves Disease, or a hyperactive thyroid.

In its mildest form it seemed a blessing. You know, long, lean and bursting with energy. But in its advanced stage you literally can't eat enough to maintain your weight. You start looking wasted and have no energy at all.

So, what's a guy to do. I had it taken care of and now I have to watch everything I eat. So, I try to watch my carb intake. Dr. Atkins and I were old friends. I learned to live on his diet. When I was faithful to him, he was faithful to me. But what to do about bread?

A few years ago when low carb eating was sweeping the nation Low/Controlled Carb Breads were plentiful. But now that the fad is over they're getting harder to find. Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheatdoesn't claim to be a controlled carb product, but containing only 13 gr of carbs/slice,...
...
