I purchase the time released version of the Vitamins and take them religiously. Makes ure to get time released otherwise you pee it out. I double up on these per day when I feel a cold coming on and am very rarely sick. I work in a call center so the germs and illnesses flow pretty regularly, but by taking these vitamins I'm not sick while everyone else is. The Nature Made Vitamins also have a website where you can get points for each bottle of vitamins you buy....

jazzybean01 says "Fight off the winter blues" about Nature Made Vitamin C with Rose Hips

Vitamin C is a really great vitamin to take as it has many great benefits. This particular brand of Vitamin C with the Rose Hip in it is different than other Vitamin C supplement because Vitamin C naturally occurs in Rose Hips.

Vit. C is an antioxidant which not only helps boost the immune system but also fights free radicals and helps iron get absorbed by the body. It also benefits skin, teeth and bones. Scurvy is a disease caused by Vit. C deficiency.

Because we (humans) can't produce Vit. C, it is important that we take a supplement and to eat lots of foods with Vit. C in them such as, oranges, grapefruits, strawberries, tomatoes, broccoli, bell peppers (green and red) and leafy greens, to name a few.

So start boosting up on Vitamin C so you don't get sick this winter. Well, on the other hand, if you got sick and stayed home, think how many reviews you could get done for Viewpoints. Just a thought.
...
