I have used Nature Made Liquid Softgel Multi-vitamins for Her for quite some time now. I feel great and they seem to work quite well. With the softgels they are very easy to swallow, which is a big deal for me. I would choke on the other kind and that is never pleasant. Also, I highly recommend Nature Made because they are high in quality and extremely affordable.

There are always coupons coming out for these which helps. You can go online to their website and earn points for buying these. Once you get to a certain point level you can request your reward. I usually get the $7.00 coupon for my next vitamins so I'm not paying very much for these at all. The store I usually get these at has buy 1 get 1 free on Nature Made quite frequently. I personally can't afford those real expensive vitamins that promise long life and good health. I have found that the Nature Made Liquid Softgels are just as effective and easier to afford.

I've tried many multi vitamins or vitamins in general and found Nature made multi vitamin to be a great find. I like that it is in a gelform which makes it easy to take. It makes you feel refreshed and energized but not overly energetic. I purchase the vitamins from GNC a local health store but find it hard to locate at a regular store like the grocery store. I personally didn't have any adverse side effects while taking them and was able to take them with my other medications with no problems. I would recommend Nature Made to fulfill all your vitamin needs!...

I started taking Nature Made Multi for Her a few months ago. I liked the fact that they're liquid softgels- easier for your body to absorb. Also, while I consider the capsules to be a bit large, they're very smooth so they aren't too hard to swallow.
