I went back  one month later and my cholesteral had dropped to 229...still too high of course but much better than the 269.  I also have been very careful to cut out a lot of things that were a regular part of my diet, like half and half in my coffee, an occasional donut and I never fry anything anymore so all of this in combo with the plant sterols and stanols etc in this product have seemed to help.  I look forward to my next test next month as he is keeping a close eye on it and hope to see it even lower by then.  Best place I have found to purchase this is at Sam's Wholesale for the lowest cost....
