I have tried a few of these 100 calorie snacks by Nabisco and love the chocolate covered pretzels the best. They are good and quick for on the go or something light in between meals. They don't fill you up and you don't have to feel guilty about eating them either.

I just recently purchased these for the first time and I think they are wonderful. My kids love them and I love the convenience of them. I can easily tell how much my children (and myself) are eating without having to divy up the portions. I feel like they are getting just the right amount for a snack and they are very affordable. Especially if you use a coupon to purchase them. They are very tasty too! I think the best part of these snacks are that they are baked by Nabisco and not deep fried in oil.

A few downsides are:

The pouch is a nice size but the product actually only fills barely half the bag. I am not sure there is very much nutritional value in them though. They are made mostly of syrup and sugar so, maybe bananas and apples would be a better choice. But for a quick and non-messy snack, I think these are a very good choice.

Since the bags are small - the urge to grab another pack is great so.... I am not sure if the concept of just 100 calories works unless you have great...

I love Ritz snack mix 100 calorie packs! These are awesome to take to work because they come in the convenient little pouches. And they keep me from overdoing it! I would definitely eat more than 100 calories worth if I just had the regular box because this stuff is tasty!

About Nabisco - Ritz Baked Snack Mix 100 Calorie Pack

Each box of these snacks comes with six foil pouches weighing. 77 ounce. The pouch is a nice size. Unfortunately, inside, the product fills barely half the bag. There are little mini Ritz crackers, square somewhat sweet, textured crackers, mini Cheese Nips crackers, and little pretzel sticks in each pouch.

Each is 100 calories with 3 grams of fat. There really is no nutrition in these snacks to speak of. They have 210mg. of sodium or 9% of an average person's daily intake. They do contain, among other things, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, corn syrup solids, corn syrup, and high fructose corn syrup. YUCK!!!

But they taste great. The little crackers and the pretzels blend together to make a nice little, and I stress the word LITTLE, treat. Seriously, there is only about a......

This product consists of a delicious blend of miniature famous Nabisco crackers -- itsy-bitsy Triscuits, Ritz and Cheese Nips, plus inch-long pretzels.

STATS:

The package contains six pouches each representing a single serving which contains 100 calories with 25 calories from fat. There are three grams total fat, half a gram each saturated and monounsaturated fat, zero trans fat, a gram and a half polyunsaturated fat, zero cholesterol, 210 mg. sodium, 35 mg. potassium, 16 grams total carbs, one gram dietary fiber, two grams each sugars and protein and 6% (D.V.) Iron.
