While NJM may provide a few one-size-fits-all insurance options, anyone with a situation that consists of more than one address or more than one car will be severely disappointed. I recently had their representatives command me where to park my owned-outright vehicles with liability only coverage. Poor attitudes prevail, unnecessary formality is present with every call, and changing anything on your policy will result in a thorough review by their underwriters. I was dropped initially from my renter's policy because I moved to an aparment with a dentist's office in the same building, and fired NJM as my auto carrier because of their insistance that all my vehicles must be parked at my primary residence.

I have been insured with New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company for 35 years. They insure my home and my cars. Luckily I've only had to put in to auto claims in the past 35 years. NJM handled the claims very professionally. Their claims personnel were very courteous and efficient. They paid for the claims quickly. They also have fantastic customer service. I have requested a few endorsements to my homeowners policy over the years and they take care of my requests pronto. They have various premium discounts available which have kept my premiums reasonable over the many years I have been insured by them. I also look forward to the great dividend that they pay every year. I have friends who have worked for NJM over the years and they really liked working there. They are a good employer who offers great benefits to their employees. I am born and bred in New Jersey and NJM is a NJ company.

New Jersey Manufactuers Insurance companies is THE BEST insurance company in New Jersey as far as I'm concerned. I was able to become a member of NJM through my employer at the time. You must be a member of a hospital, union, police or fire force etc. in order to become a member of NJM. It was interesting because you sort of have to go through a review process in order to become a member and it's not as easy as one would think to belong to NJM. This is probably why they are able to offer such great rates for an out of control, highly insurance rated state. During the review process I did check other competitive insurance companies for rates to I would have something to compare NJM's rates to when they gave them to me. I was shocked at the variation of quotes I received from other big insurance companies. When I finally got word that I was accepted into NJM I was stunned at how well they priced my car insurance. I saved $2500.00! I was so impressed with their customer...

We've had N.J. Manufacturers as our auto/home owners insurance company for years and years! I could never imagine any other company as they are in my mind, the ABSOLUTE BEST! They are truly wonderful to deal with and you are actually rewarded as a good driver, etc. with monetary rebates! Where else do you get money back???? They are the best of the best!!!! Really!!!!...
